This made me wonder how my parents always manage to fulfill my every need. My dad too has a job. I get stuff without having to ask twice. We are from a middle class family. How on earth do my aprents manage
@@SleepIntoTheDiamondLife middle class mentality goes both ways. The kids rarely ask anything, and the things they ask are usually things they need, not want. And sometimes, if parents dont get the things soon, the kids dont ask again and again, cause they know that the parents are thinking about it and will give them if its really needed. Its goes both ways. This mentality starts usually when they are in teens.. and continues through out. Atleast when they are made aware of their financial status.
@@tanmayik2397 first of all, the key word in his statement was always. it wouldn't be honest if I say that middle class parents never buy their children stuff, but being middle class they cannot afford to fulfill everything he wanted. now you say that this mentality starts in teen years. then what about your years before that? it's not possible that a 8 or 9 year old kid doesn't ask for anything, that too without giving much thought because of obvious reasons. and what need exactly are you talking about? I mean what stuff a teen may need that their parents already don't know about? what we need in teen years are school supplies, uniforms, tuition classes and probably a few extra things for school assignments. so, there cannot be something that a teen need and their parents already don't know that. my intention is not to be a gatekeeper of middle class status, but I was raised one and my friends were too. I have never seen what the OP claims. that's why I asked the question.
No matter how much you study, chances are that you’re gonna get an office job. Even if it’s well paying, you’re gonna live pay check to pay check. So, no. the only way to escape this is to manage your finances and not spend on expensive things while you are in your 20s
@@Ash-ii5qk forget perspective. Yes any of us CAN even spend 50 thousand if we give in to the urge. But we shouldn't given the condition. That is the point. The difference between CAN and SHOULD.
@@tunim4354 No the point is that if you are generally responsible with money, it's not bad money management to treat yourself with a large purchase whether it be worth 10,000 or 50,000 if you can afford it... I'm not talking about living outside of your means - hence my comment about perspective. Hope that helps you understand my point
