( much better demo / review ) ....but i got so frustrated, watching demos on it, that i decided not to risk the 300 bucks. i went with a Tech 21 Mop Top Liverpool, and am Really Glad i did. ( tube sound ) i have a dry solid state amp, and i think the FSB would have sounded absolutely horrible through it, even at the most mild settings. ( no tubes to soften the fuzz )
and it definitely is going to sound more usable through a tube amp at the edge of breakup, as you have yours. but Fist Demo Ever, of 1 ) the sag set touching off in a usable transient smash and bloom, and 2) Sustain at minimum with an attempt to roll into a clean. Thank You !!!
I later found this is true when the gain on the pedal is down as well. This was just my first impression, and have discovered many more of its nuances since!!!

I have my amp set a lot cleaner than this and it cleans up beautifully when I roll the volume down.
I later found this is true when the gain on the pedal is down as well.
