Made in German Democratic Republic.

picked one up for £30. Great camera which also came with 3 carl zeiss lens 35mm 50mm and prakticar zooom 80-200mm. a good deal!

i just got one of this camera, but don't have any idea how to work with one it.
Could someone please tell me for what is that switch, what he use at 2:48 ?
Lauris is back sorry, i've Seen that Video too late. But that switch on the top of this camera is the knob for the shutter. It gives 1/30 (long sec.) until 1/250 or faster opening the objektive. Sorry for my bad english, I am from W.-Germany. Cameras from the GDR are in the 60ies here very known and typically Beginner -Cams. The Lenses are the best pre-WW-2- Quality of Leitz..build after WW-two in Eastern Germany, one of the best was Jena-T ( i Uwe one in a Elbaflex VX 1000). In the "modern times" the propose use only digicams & Smartphones.. Hope, i could help.... Best wishes !
