Covid catastrophe | Getting Sick With 12000 Tulips Blooming

It is never a good time for to get sick, and covid can really complicate things with having to quarantine, but our selling season is about to start, and there are 12000 Tulips on their way. Our first farmers market is coming up, and our roadside stand is due to open. What happens if our season starts with a major setback? Will we recover in time to salvage the tulips? Will we be stuck in bed instead of caring for the farm? You will have to watch to find out.

The tulips are stunning even amidst your Covid outbreak. Covid played out for you much like my husband’s did in condition and length of time even though we are elders. For some miracle I didn’t get it from him. Also glad that you were real about Covid because people think it’s gone and it’s not. You accomplished so much even though not well. What a team! Have you all considered offering workshops for your community? A local farm does them near me does dried flower arranging classes. That could be a good way to not let all your excess flowers go to waste. They charge something like $45 US for it. Classes are 90 minutes and some are just regular classes and others you can bring snacks and drinks. They are always sold out!! It might be worth considering!

Girl! I feel ya! As a nurse actively caring for Covid patients I dodged the bullet until end of October of last year. And until almost Christmas it felt like it was all I could do to stay awake on my time off. And at work I was just hating that I work 12 hour shifts. That’s what we grown ups do.. what we have to do. Sending energy and love to you guys. #i hate covid. Lol

I gave birth while being COVID positive ....it is no joke. Getting over COVID with a newborn, and therefore no help because of isolation was hard. Hope you all feel better soon

Have a mushroom soup. Simple recipe takes two small package white mushroom, one big onion one thumb ginger five garlic chop everything roughly steam it only for 3 minutes no more than that, add plant based milk to thin it add salt and pepper to test and blend in the blender and drink it. believe me this will work like a magic for you good luck get better soon

I just recovered from Covid. In fact I rebounded so I got sick twice. My heart aches for your whole family. Having Covid and running a farm and having small sick kids must be just terrible.

Oh my goodness! You sure didn’t deserve to get Covid especially at tulip harvest time. Hopefully you will be recovered fir Mother’s Day sales. My husband & I got Covid after he was in hospital for a couple of days. Fortunately we have had all our boosters so it didn’t last long. I wish you good health & good harvest!😊
Covid sucks!! Had it twice..got double pneumonia..pushed through my market season. You guys will have to rest more this season. I just let alot of the weeds go. No energy to keep up. Then, my mom got it...89 yrs. old. Terrible 3wks. for her..but made it thru. Did you lose your taste? I have never got all mine back. I hope you guys make it ok, I know you will. Also hope the kiddos are feeling better. Take alot of breaks. Great job Ian!! Hang in there you guys. Alot of work to even video for you right now!!!

I am so sorry, I can imagine how it feels because I got the disease in 2019 but never had to go to the hospital. I did take large amounts of vitamins like Zinc, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D. Stay in bed and drink a lot of liquids.🥰
