Hello, my zoom isnt working on the camera. it seems to be locked but when i zoom with the ring it is fine. I cant seem to figure it out. Any tips?
do i set the video to 15fps , mp4 format and videohow size to 800x 600?
Why would you want to do that?
How do I connect this to Windows as a webcam? OBS won't see it and the Windows camera program sees nothing...

Hello there! May I ask: You've had the '53 for some time now, have you experienced any problems with it? I only ask because I've never seen so many owners (of a particular camera/corder) on YT that have had some sort of failure/s with this model. > Cheers
I can't say we have. This absolutely is a fine and reliable camcorder.
i cant get rid of the "stby" on the display
Dear Eddie, I have trouble filming in 4k mode. The camera stops filming after some seconds. Do you have some advice on whats wrong with the camera. Thanks in advance.
Maybe you need better SD card
Indeed, my best guess would be that you need an SD card with a better write speed.
