I enjoy some Messi dribbling as well as Ronnie free kicks, but IMO KDB is more valuable for a team than either of those two. His game vision is superhuman/second to none, his passing so precise that he can thread the ball through a forest of defenders' legs to set up shots on goal, and he has an accurate shot with either foot from any range, he thinks ahead 3-4 moves but if there's no time for that he is spontaneous and creative.. He can also play D and carry the ball. There is so much to his game that he's fun to watch where ever he is on the pitch; for me, he is the best in the world at this time.

People forgetting ronaldo's matchwinning goals gave you 10-20 points per season. Seen countless times the game would end in a draw, then theres cr7 with the winning goal. Giving his team 3 points. He does this 5-7 times a season. These goals gave juventus and especially real madrid many titles.
Messi also has great vision. He has the most assist in history while also being one of the top goalscorers in history. Barca fell when he left.
I remember kdb being injured while city was still winning match after match in the premier league.
I love kdb as a player, but he isnt as important to a team as ronaldo or messi

His consistency is unmatched when it comes to being a midfielder, he has developed his game according to requirements to not loose any of his form for so many seasons.

He started at Genk, made a hattrick at 18 against Bruges away, made us Champion, he is really the best ever, he works harder than Messi and Ronaldo, he has the best view of all players of the game…. Normally a striker wins always the medals, but he deserves a big medal amidst the best players ever…. DeBruyne is like a submarine, searching with a periscope and then firing the perfect missile to his striker or to score a goal… He is a real genuis AND with a modest attitude, never a dickhead, but stays always modest. Fantastic this is!! I hope he crushes some milestones in the Premier League & football

I always get a little agitated when people say Kevin has grown so much under Guardiola. Except for great trust between Pep and him, Kev owns it all to his unique talent.
De Bruyne didn't have superb grow in raw skill (Though, the expected amount of annual skill progression for a world class player is still there!). That is not what is meant by when people say that. What they mean is that he grew as a player. He learned to be self confident. He learned how to cope with stress. He learned how to keep himself straight when they were winning. Unlike the old De Bruyne that sometimes lost focus when his team would be winning. Etc.

he was more lethal under pellegrini in terms of scoring, pelle gave him a freedom to shot from outside the box. but he is now a very very complete midfielder with no ego at all
He scored more under pellegrini but under pep his assist records have gone crazy in the prem and his ball distribution is much better. With pellegrini he played at one tempo. Now he can play at 3 different tempo.
His has vision which is great from the first match of his City career.

2015/16 is KDB most underrated season imo
Man had 16 goals and 20 assists for city in his first season AND scored three times in two ties against PSG to send city to the semi finals. He was great from day 1
His first few games were better than pogbas whole career at man utd.

Then converted to a CAM
Made him so good at scoring goals
Actually , he started as a second striker at Genk academy then they put him on the wing first two seasons before playing him as a CAM. First season at city he played both on the wing at times and in the middle. It was pep who made him play permanently as a CM or CAM except for the 2021/22 season where he was false 9 with Foden and he scored 18 goals for man city that season. he's phenomenal.

When you look at the chances missed by City in this video I don't understand why Haaland is getting so much critic when he misses. A lot of fans is asking for him to be taken off.
