    Hello once again Zyenhoo with another charming shimmy workout. I love both the leg shimmy, the chest shimmy, the hip bumps flowing with the music. Always great to follow you when I get a chance when I am not teaching so I did this and wanted to comment that yes I did struggle but it was so worth the workout. Any time I can burn calories doing shimmies with you is perfect with me 😘💞 now I was wondering, why the two bras 😅 I was like, that is a unique look I guess 😅And the leg shimmies, you have such a perfection in the shimmy. the control you have, vibration. Just stunning all around. Love the rotation you do, leg shimmy, jump left into leg shimmy, jump into back view, right view, front, then rotate opposite to right view, back, left view, you are magnificent 💞💞💞 Thank you for another great workout video. with Love from Philippines 🌴🌴🌷🌷

      Hahaha yes it is a unique look because the outer top is not really a bra piece, so I had to wear 2 overlapping pieces to make it work. Thank you so much for your kind comments.     Hey sis 🥰 wow! I just amazed how strong you are on this belly dance shimmy fitz workout. This is why I love this dance so much because yeah it can be easy but challenging and you can burn 50 to 100 calories in no time. Love you sis always 😍 Will chat with you soon. How you been doing?
