He's sadly banned at most tournaments (like official and major/very well known and famous tournaments) due to both being Boss Characters, but from what i know, both can still be used in local and small tournaments depending of the ruleset

@@brawlmaster234 Just playing Peppy a bit myself, he does feel absurdly strong. Really great recovery, Falco dair, a projectile that OHKO's if it hits offstage, he's just nuts.
