Type O Negative used to be a darkwave band back in the day... the vibe is heavy with this one. Love it!
Lunna D'Lune Yes, but Pete Steele himself had said that he listened to a lot of bands like Bauhaus, Depeche Mode, and Lycia when he was writing the early stuff, and tried to incorporate Darkwave elements into their sound. The genres tend to overlap when you go with either heavier or cleaner guitar sounds.

I knew and loved much their "Dolce Vita" , never heard this one, it's really good I like the way the guitar plays it around 3:25 without over the top excess , no hard rock cliché, the post-Presley/post-Johnny Cash axes to the vox, everything is perfect here, true musicians
