@@alaskaforever3879 In my opinion posting misinformation on food labels is 'shocking' and though not in this instance it 'could' be harmful to someone's health. For instance, if a nutrion label stated '300mg sodium' per serving and it should have stated '1300mg sodium, it would be detrimental to someone on a sodium restricted diet wouldnt it? Wouldn't that be considered a 'shocking mistake'?

Being disabled and mobility-challenged I can't go to a store and stand up to cut&cook whole chicken. The canned Hormels is good, real muscle-fiber meat. Not a faux-meat slurry concoction.

That Stouffer's meal was my go to for a long time, either the family sized for a big meal or several smaller meals or the smaller size for a single meal I loved that one. Some times I'd add some shredded cheese to it a the end and mix it together to give it more cheese taste or just have it as is. Personally that Marie Callender's meal would never be bought by me because I loath broccoli and won't have it in my house. Neither is on my menu today since the vast majority of frozen or canned meals have too much sodium for my health to take any longer but I don't doubt if sodium wasn't an issue I'd still go through periods where that particular Stouffer's meal would be hitting my table multiple times per month if not per week.

In my whole 75 years have I EVER EATING THIS KIND OF THING. That is why I bam 75 with no diabetes, no heart disease, normal cholesterol, no scrips and maybe a check up every few years. blood pressure any 25 year old would envy. I know people do not listen, they do what is easy. But think of your budget, ten dollars can buy a LOT of fresh foods. And the carbs are cheap fillers that damage your body. I also grow a nice just right size garden and this year was a bumper crop of a REAL food that is one of the best things you can eat, pumpkins. And this is going on November and I am still picking. Take ten dollars and buy seeds for next year and cook something fresh without sugars and carb fillers. It is one thing to live and quite another to live healthy, and diet determines which it will be. You are what you eat.

This is what imma say about the title.
    1. I’m about 90% sure you’ve done similar titles in the past, plus you always capitalize the words
    2. I don’t think anyone ever felt misled by the titles at all, it’s ridiculous companies bs what’s in the food
My opinion the title is perfectly fine, but be careful arguing with people, I did that not to long ago and it resulted in me having to lock down my discord for a good 2 days lmao, otherwise man just ignore them, people always wanna pick a fight about something

i really challenge the wolf man to research what salt does in the body…and really think about if it really significantly increases risk of heart attacks are any other medical conditions….please research what really causes heart attacks pleasssse…-the expert

Of course, it is up to Wolfe Pit to decide if he wants to do research on this but you can get peer reviewed medical info on this subject by going to the websites of research hospitals, institutions, etc.
      Suggestions:
      * GOOGLE places like the Mayo Clinic
      AND/OR
      * GOOGLE research subjects such as "correlation between salt intake and heart disease".
