Hazzards but NO BLINKERS

The blinkers just stopped working !!
I did a bunch of wasted trouble shooting......I kept stopping at the fuse for the hazzards and didn't remove and reset all the other fuses...Namely the blinker fuse...It was not blown. Nor were any other fuses. That is not until after unwrapping the wiring harness and removing all the bulbs and checking for grounds!!! Stuff that was good to do anyway just to check their condition. Also removed the headlight switch and blew all the dust and stuff off the rheostat coil.
Its always simple stuff right.!
NOTE: If the windshield washer pump does not work....it may be the Blinker fuse. duh.
