Thanks Matt - Although Sean decided to punch out, I am still holding on to my One, after nearly one year since delivery.
Interestingly, my auto insurance was renewed, so that address my concern that insurance would be canceled with the recent bankruptcy.
I look forward to how all of this will evolve, and wish us all good luck!

Matt, first, I appreciate your steadfastness in providing info/help instead of abandoning ship like some. I received my FOE in late December and had no issues except losing 4.G after 2.0 update (except still waiting on FOB FIX part). Used your video to reset Tbox and 4G. Question: If 12v dies while one is in the vehicle, is one trapped or can he get out still? Ask because I saw TV coverage of people being locked inside their Teslas.
I haven't tested, but you should be able to double pull on the inside door handle to open the door. I'm working on a video (backlog is long) that shows an alternate way out of the car if the 12 V is dead.

I haven't received anything either. Give it some time, they are still getting things ready.

The zoom link didn't appear until the call was started. I couldn't find it in the event page or chat.
Assuming your VIN was valid and verified we will send you a welcome note soon including a link to a recording of the meeting. If your VIN wasn’t valid we will reach out to try and assess the issue.
And I should add, as this was our first, we learned a lot about hosting live chats! Next time the links to join will be shared much earlier and via a couple of different channels to members.
