I'm tired, I could use a real break, and I don't want to fix boring cars. Buying cars I don't like, just to repair them for content, with the pressure of needing a video every day has taken all the life out of me. It's not a business that can scale outside of me so I needed to find something that can. I'm not going to stop making CZcams videos like everyone else in 2024, but I am going to focus more on building something tangible.

I'd click on a video of you fixing a "normal car" before I'd ever click on a video about a Bugatti. All day. As others have said i also enjoy the remodeling content.
I like the flooded Veyron rebuild though 💯
Yup its the only reason why I started watching.. same for auto auction rebuilds.. I started watching him because he would actually work on cars. Now he just buys cars and sells them ...
@@larios032281Yeah I liked his older stuff a whole lot. Hard to ignore how much of a nutjob he is too lol
@@bongomsI can't deal with his inaccuracies. I get not everyone is going to be a walking encyclopedia, but he is off base with so much.
Same. I basically ONLY watch your regular car videos.
I’m beyond sick of seeing Super Car Crap these days on CZcams. I like this channel for what it is!
Me too.
Yup. Only interested in builds I could actually afford. Built cars not bought
I agree. Not into supercar content either. I’d probably stop watching if JR focused only on supercars.
Me too
Same!
I agree with rest of the comment trend, we are here to watch you. I’ve unsubscribed from other channels like Goonzquad because they moved from realistic fixes to only high end. You are relatable and likable. I’m here to stay.
I respect the goal is to obtain what you couldn’t before financially. I liked watching Goonzquad years ago. But the endless “ Dooooood “ and getting a little cocky is what did it for me. Props to them for their hard work. Just lost interest.
Yeah i like the quick turn around videos where you buy a car and basically just wash it and make profit
Junkyard Digs has been doing great fixing total pieces of crap. One of the few channels that I don’t skip through parts of the video
Yeah I love those guys! But they only do one video a week or so.
kevin makes his money from sponsorships
@@alt7488 Yeah, but these guys, Kevin included do make pretty good income from CZcams.
That guy makes passive aggressive jabs at other channels that never mention him..
Love Junkyard Digs. I watch a video most nights on my tablet before I sleep. Usually, there are people who hate long form content. They like shorter videos but JD does some long ass videos and always gets a tonne of views. To me, Its like going on an adventure.
I don't like anything to do with supercars. "Normal" commuter cars are where its at for me. Something relatable and even something people can replicate what you fix etc. Super cars are boring besides the curiosity of how quick they are.
I love your channel because you work on and flip cheap attainable cars. That’s something that I’ve done myself a couple times. I’ve stopped watching other channels as consistently (Hoovie’s Garage, Tavarish, etc) because super cars and other expensive cars are not relatable and of no interest for me.
I agree, can't stand super cars, never going to own one
@@GrumpyXer Hoovie is good fun to watch, he buys the craziest stuff that no one should ever buy.
Same here but am also interested to see how the parts business works so this could be an interesting transition. Also I like the occasional housing upgrade videos that's been added to the channel lately.
I suggest subscribing to Pole Barn Garage, Junkyard Digs and Vice Grip Garage. All three never work on anything with electrodigicals and modern fuel injection.
agreed same here. still watch vice grip because he still works on obtainable cars that normal non Richie rich people can get.
I got to say, I enjoy watching you and the crew fix regular cars for the everyday man. Super cars are not where it's at however it is fine for some people. I love the old civics and Camrys and 528i's as well as Camaros That's why I started watching you all those years ago 😎
"Bought it for what I sold it for, what a waste." He says in his new house/new garage while owning 2 more houses. Poor Poor JR
He's in Kansas. Guys not bragging ...
CZcamsrs and other influencers spend all of their income and call it expenses for their content. It's really just a tax scam.
Super salty
I hate supercar videos because I'll never own one so I can't relate. I prefer cars that I could own one day.
If I want supercars, I’ll watch Hoovie
Whats the cutoff in regards to what you can own one day?
I started watching your channel when you revived a Mazda, and then went on to flip a number of other low end cars.
When I want to take a trip down "angst" lane, I'll watch Legitstreetcars. In my personal life, I got rid of my German luxury cars, and I've moved on. I'm scalling back to driving a Nissan Xterra, and I like it for the country/terrane) I live in ( Pac NW).
Something that I can get parts for relatively cheap and available. I have a 2004 MG ZS, one of only 40 imported into Australia. I have to import a lot of parts from the UK, not exactly inexpensive but affordable for what I need to keep the car on the road.@@webberfan1234
Most important though is I don't want one...Never have never will.....
What about doing an update on the cabin? What about the plans for the land you bought at the lake and the new cabin build/plans……. Loved those episodes
Yeah, videos on that just kind of stopped without an ending/conclusion
@@mph5896 Well, it became winter. They were working on the last few touches in the fall.
At the end of the video, he says he's selling the cabin.
@@mph5896what do you mean?
Well that was fast@@worldofrandometry6912
I guess I buck the trend. I have stuck with this channel because ig doesn't have super cars and crazy unrealistic projects. I used to watch goon squad, tavarish and western, but rarely do now because of the direction they've taken. My favourite videos are when your father, Eric or Josh for example are involved and the interactions between you all. 17:02 Having watched the whole video now, goJR recycling. Still got my interest.
Plus tavarish never finishes a project ever
Thanks for watching! We're all still going to be here working on cars! 💯
@@B0xlife1 or when he does you never really see it or he says there's still more to do.
@Scotty_in_Ohio that's what upsets me with Tavarish and Westin. Westin always showed his builds, then he went to extreme builds, chopped footage and a 15 min video of a bad ass car. Tavarish runs into time crunches, then what builds he does "complete" he does the same speed through and then you jump to a complete car. Where did the rest of the footage go? I want to see projects built, not 15 min of acting an ass and breaking it immediately.
@@B0xlife1 JR should finish youtubers project cars. LOL
JR, your channel stands out from all the other automotive content I follow. Thanks to you, I have rediscovered the passion I had growing up and wrenching on cars with my dad. I have learned a ton just from watching you and your friends on this channel and it is absolutely mind-boggling that you don't have a million plus subs. You're knowledgeable and you work hard at showing us that we can all do this stuff too. Keep up the great work man!!!
My thoughts exactly! As a 58-yo hobbyist that just likes to "fix junk," JR's content has inspired me to get back to work and bust a few knuckles.
I am sure you are correct that supercars are what the majority of people want. It is not true for me though. I am bored with supercar videos as they are so far out of a middle class persons reach. I enjoy unique stuff that I can afford to purchase and restore. I agree though on the other end I have no interest in boring junk cars either. I also really enjoyed your lake house and shop remodel videos. Anything with your father also is always very interesting. I wish you the best with the new direction of your channel. I will keep following!
Agreed. I stopped watching Hoovie a few years ago, because I couldn't relate anymore. When he went from Buick to Bentley, I lost interest. Not relatable to the common man. I'd watch a video about an old Cavalier long before I'd watch one about a super-car that I can never attain.
I have strong opinions about the ridiculousness of exotic cars and after watching a few videos it proved my point and I stopped watching.
Same - Tavarish, Hoovie etc. all unrelatable and unsubscribed.
Agreed. Supercar content isn't something I care for. No hate to anyone who does of course- I just find videos about other cars more engaging, especially if they're weird or uncommon. The remodel videos were also great.
@@saladfox
JR's maturing as a content creator and businessman. He's starting to let the data drive his channel. It'll be and has been interesting to watch this energetic young man go through this process.
I hope for your sake that changing your brand is the right move. I personally don’t relate to supercars. I would leave that turf to Tavarish. Fixing cars and trucks I can afford to buy and drive was much more interesting.
And if this channel becomes a Doug Demuro bore fest or a salvage, watch me dismantle things, I'm out!
JR, I think it's safe to say people follow the channel because of you, your Dad, and your great group of friends.
Do what makes you happy, and makes you money - all the best!
Im just here for Gabe & Ambergini content. I watch ever min of every video looking for them.
@@salty6pence672 Amberghini has been gone for YEARS and Gabe doesn't make many appearances anymore.
Oh how I miss the days of fixing Honda Civics. Flipping the Civic before the lock down was great!!!
Wishing you the best with the channel going forward.
Well, I've enjoyed watching your channel over the years. Not sounding too exciting to me going forward, but I'll give it a shot for awhile to see how it goes. Good luck!
While I’m sure you know how to play the CZcams game, I would much prefer to watch you engine swap a 20 year old civic than repair a Ferrari, and I am a Ferrari lover through and through. But I would much prefer to watch you be happy and hopefully get your own projects done now, like the rolls Royce… next project, building a storage unit behind your garage for the parts? 😂
Me too! Love the Honda's!
My heart sank when I thought you were going to become a supercar channel. I've never understood the yt return on those given the outlay. I think its best to mix it up a bit including the house/cabin refurbs as well. Some of the best channels I watch are already trades/businesses filming their everyday work. So they already have an income and yt is just extra on top of that along with great advertising. Look forward to see how it goes.
I really enjoy your channel because, to me, its relatable. Fixing up normal cars, hanging out with friends and just putting out great content. I started watching your videos years ago when you started building Rolls Smoke because it was different and not another boring supercar channel. I'm excited to see where your content goes from here. Keep up the good work!
JR I watch you Hovie, Vice Grip Garage, and Goonzquad, but for some reason the videos I love the most is the remodeling, updating, and building of your houses is the most interesting for me. I love vehicle content as much as the next guy, but… 🤷🤷🤷🤷
A guy has good taste.

@@andrew3139VGC is overrated
I'm not a CZcams creator, but I am a business owner. CZcams is an odd phenomenon. People who are creative become business owners, whether they want to or not. In order to do it full time, there has to be some kind of income generated, and that needs to be managed. Most of the people who are pulling back from CZcams seem to be great at the creator aspect, but don't like or aren't gifted business owners, which is totally ok. We all have stregths and weaknesses. If you are focusing on dismantling cars, that will be your busines and focus of your channel. In reality, you have not focused on your niche. Every comment on here likes some aspect of your channel, shop builds, car flips, building rehabs or what ever, but not all of what you do. Find your niche that you enjoy and stick to it.
As a car guy, I despise taking fixable cars and dismantling them for profit. Especially when drivable cars are becoming scarce. That is the opposite of what drew me to your channel. If that's the direction you're going, I'm out.
I think we’re missing something here. Sure you bought, fixed, and flipped a lot of cars. You sold them for exactly what you put into them. Maybe there was no profit on the sale of the car. If you were flipping cars for your job that would be miserable and ruin your life. You flip these cars for CZcams content. The CZcams content is where the profit comes in for you. Don’t shoot yourself in the foot by killing your CZcams content. People watch you for a reason. You’re a smart guy and you need to watch your analytics. You don’t make money flipping cars, you make money by posting to CZcams.
That was my thought exactly. CZcams content is the product, not the car flip. If money is made on the flip, it's gravy. I couldn't care less about super cars .
I thought the same thing. I assume he's got more data he's seeing that says otherwise, though, to push him this route. I could care less about parting out a car. I also don't watch the supercar content. I'm wondering if he's taking this step to begin transitioning out of CZcams and just focusing on a recycling business.
What you're missing is that CZcams has greatly reduced their compensation rates for content. They have figured out that people will upload content for basically nothing, so why pay someone? What they don't take into consideration or care about is the quality. It's just about dollars and cents.
@@pk4459if that’s the case then that should be the story line then. He’s portraying that he’s sick working on boring old junk cars and not that CZcams isn’t paying anymore. I get it, if CZcams is not paying anymore then sure he’s got to make a move that solidifies his finances. Switching his content to super cars and parting out videos is not going to change his CZcams for the better judging by all of the comments here. Changing his CZcams content basically starts him over at 0 forcing him to rebuild an audience that wants to watch the new content he’s producing. That’s going to be a major challenge.
I don't want to watch boring videos of supercars or part outs.
The reality is, I can afford junk cars, not supercars. And part outs are as much fun as watching paint dry.
If Sarah N Tuned, Legit Street Cars and Ratarossa can make money, I'm sure there's a model that works there.
Did you buy the other property that was near your 'mini-resort'? If so, take us along on what you do with that. I'd be interested in what you do there. You've definitely been one of the hardest working people on the platform for years - no doubt. I wish you nothing but success and happiness. I'd like to see you do an occasional car flip (and make money doing it), but you need to do what you enjoy.
J.R., please don't go the roadkill, hoovie etc. route. I LOVE the car channels that I can relate to. I really liked your first shop build series. Not so much the other "this old house/shop" builds. I really enjoy your channel. If you change to a channel style that doesn't grab me, we can part as friends and remember the good old times. Wish you well buddy.
loved the car builds and home projects but not interested in a salvage chanel that is boring to me but good luck in the change.
I have to say, I love the cheap flips the most. Like the Honda, etc. I find the guys who buy Lambos and straight-pipe them or add a stupid wide-body kits, etc, just boring. I hope to see some parting videos. Still loyal follower for years.
I'm with you!👍
You better check with your city and county deed restrictions before you start a salvage operation. Your neighbors might have a say in it. 🤔
The lake house build was so much work and fun to watch. Will be sad to see it go. I get it. It is an investment.
The content of this channel is one of the best for story telling from beginning to end. It's consistently entertaining without made up drama. You get to work and your work ethic shows, especially through your dad. I've been watching since you left your job and can't wait for the next video.
Sounds like a good plan JR. I have no interest in supercars and am bored of all the CZcamsrs fixing a bent up McLaren. Take a look at the video that ‘the late brake show’ did on the future of car recycling at Trent in the UK if you want to see serious scale dismantling for sale.
I don't really care that much _what_ it is.. well to a degree, but that the guy working on it cares about it. doesn't even matter if it's 100 videos on the same car, if you're doing a carbon door for a volvo in a garage that's great content
Funny, I was going to recommend watching the same video. Very impressive auto recycling operation in the UK. I wish you success.
I'm not sure you get enough recognition for your insane work ethic. I couldn't do a daily upload schedule (nor would I want to)--it takes a certain kind of personality to manage that. Whichever direction you go, I think you'll find success.
Do agree with the amount of work JR puts out. Always doing something interesting
My favorite videos are when you buy, fix and flip a car in a short time. That is what made your channel stand out.
I really enjoy when you work on the house or lake resort. Don't stop doing that content.
theyre ok but niot as good as car stuff
@@bikeman1x11 Both

@@bikeman1x11no doubt, watching someone dismantle a car is about as riveting as watching paint dry. Watching Eric working on one of his properties is only marginally better.
Your Ford EXP was the best car you ever owned!
Ha, that was the video that hooked me
I loved the exp content.
Fact! The EXP and Rampage are what got me into the channel
I think you’re underestimating the value of house repair videos, plus the hard work actually goes into your home after the video is made
About 8 minutes in i realized JR is starting a junkyard :). The sum of the parts is greater than the whole ~ Caristotle
As someone that has done eBay, if you think CZcams is a grind check back with me in a year.
I have done literally the EXACT thing they are doing right now, and even had the exact dream of the huge shop breaking down cars. ... I lasted about 6 months, maybe a dozen cars, and I ended up selling almost a full shipping container full of parts for scrap, just so I didn't have to look at them. So yeah, a year, tops.
Personally, I have watched you for these years for the same reason as VGG and junkyard digs...cars are cars are cars. It is the genuine personalites that make the content enjoyable for me, so wherever you take the channel, I'm here for it.
I'd like to see more of the work on your house.
Same! And a lot more work needs to be done. At least dozens of videos worth!
House video? How is the progress coming along , what flooring are you choosing, tile, fixtures etc. that house is cool let’s see more of it.
Keep doing what you want to do and we'll watch, you have a great shop, your dad, your friends, it's all fun.
Hey John Ross, You need to do, what makes you happy. I have really enjoyed watching through the years getting the old shop, working on cars, the mini resort series and your new shop and home has been great content. You have a wonderful channel. Parting out cars, is boring to me. At the end of the day, you really need to be happy with what you're doing. I wish you the very best at your new endeavors. 😎
It really is a labor of love to push out all the mainstream car and truck content that you have published John. It was great watching these videos over the years. But if you can't make any money and it's killing all your time, it's completely understandable you want to change direction. I am lukewarm on super car content, but I'll still support you as best as I can. Unique cars and trucks that time forgot always appeal to me. The specialty car/truck part recycling business is brilliant, and I know you'll crush it.
Honestly, if this was just a super car channel, i wouldn't be watching it.
Same reason i stopped watching tavarish
Same here
i disagree with changing the direction of the channel, was always a fan of seeing your father and brother working on projects, and seeing you work on old cell phones, laptops + whatever, but am a superfan of the projects that 95% of us can afford to buy and build , i've owned a ton of so called muscle cars 1965 - 1975 that i would turn wrenches. I'll never have a 'supercar' even if i can afford it. 'salvage channel' ? my neighbors do that and its not entertainment.🤔
The main reason I started to watch this channel was for the videos on the project cars. I loved the R8 series, and when you rebuilt the white Porsche. Those were interesting cars, and it was fun to see you start a project, and complete it. I'm glad to hear that you are done fixing the junk cars, but hoping that you'll go back to working on restoring high end cars from start to finish.
5 years of daily videos with only a bluetooth funnel is a long time.
I have been watching you for years man!!! Please don't change what you are doing. Love your content, I love when you work on your house, or the shop. Supercars might be fun. But that get boring. Your reviews i trust.
Sorry JR but I have stop watching the last two videos after about 1 or 2 minutes because parting out cars is boring. You can make money selling parts but the drama of you fixing things is why we watch. We can relate to having a broken car and can live vicariously through you and learn things by watching you fix them.
Same here, I watch 2 minutes skip, skip. Watched his channel because of the flips and repairs, parting out is borring
Then leave. He is a human, and people have to change to not get their soul sucked out.

@Chris-hw4mq He can do whatever he likes. He has to do whats best for him. Us human beings are designed to make choices. We're also designed to burn out, we can't do the same thing over & over even though it's a dream come true. We might as well be cyborgs if change didn't happen. Nothing is promised unfortunately. I know change is hard but we have to roll with it, and for those who take issue of how life and how humans are designed to evolve then take it up with the universe or the designer. WatchJR I will be sticking around and looking forward to see whats next. Take care.
Same, lost interest a few minutes in, and I've been watching this channel since he was at about 30,000 subs.
Your content has always been very good. I don’t think of any other CZcamsr who compares with just great content every day
Good choice JR you have been going through the motions churning out the videos. I have been going through the motions watching them.
A change is needed, well done for identifying it 👍🏻
The number of people who are somehow impressed or taken by the supercar / hypercar stuff really blows my mind. I don't get it. Boring as all getout to me. But burnout is a real thing and I absolutely understand the grind of making videos that don't do anything for you but you have to keep the channel going. Best of luck with it.
GORecycling now needs a warehouse. The logistics of parts inventory can be massive and labor intensive.
We like the house stuff 💯
Super cars are boring because they are mostly unattainable! Building cars that make super cars look pitiful, that’s awesome!
You've got a knack for turning just about anything into interesting, high quality video content. Whatever pays the bills and brings you joy will be worth watching
My favorite WatchJRGo video series was way back when you restored a Suzuki/ Geo Tracker. It was a simple fun car and you don't see them around anymore. I'm just not into high priced cars that I've never even heard of.
Ah good ol Amberghini!
i enjoy the property projects PERSONALLY. cars are neat, but starting to get boring from youtube in general
Hey JR, just wanted to let you know that I have watched for all 5 years of car videos and I HATE super cars. That isn’t why I watch you, I am a huge fan of the cheaper cars, the flips, and just your experience with them and collecting shitboxes. That’s just me and I definitely understand the monotony of working on shitboxes but I love them. Parting out videos will not do well with me.
I've watched this channel for years and you do an amazing job! I wish you the best with this new venture!!
Don’t ever put your channel in the same sentence with DDE , those guys are trouble making pricks. You are a good person without all the drama
Hearing that list of previous cars was a trip down memory lane. House builds, IT work, cars, I know I speak for most of us, that we will be watching everything that comes down the pipe. Good luck on the new business.
Hi JR - I actually like the remodeling the house, rebuilding the lake house resort, and starting/building a new shop videos the most. I hope that you can continue doing those types of videos in addition to your new salvage/part-out concept. Good luck
Some of my favorite series of your videos is when you fixed a Nissan Frontier and got the transmission working on a Hummer H3. I’m not interested in supercars but you do what you enjoy. Unfortunately, I will probably skip any video about an Aventador or McLaren.
Ive spent my whole life parting out cars. The toughest part is what to do with the leftovers. It's all saleable, but at what point do you cut loose
Gotta scrap all the aging inventory, that's my plan. Either sit on it forever or make room for stuff that sells. I'm hoping to set up an algorithmic repricing tool 🍻
Start a salvage yard from scratch. That's a tough endeavor. Regulations seem really tight on the industry.
Seems that he parts out cars, sells the good stuff and junks the rest.
Scumbag thieves make it hard for the honest business people.
He has just a ebay store, I think its easier then having a public space where people can come and walk the yard
@@Chris-hw4mq i watched a video on a huge UK junkyard, the cars come in are stripped and crushed and they sell the parts on ebay. no walk-ins.
@@Chris-hw4mqThe "pick a part" style junk yards are a dying thing. One near me shut down because of so much theft. He literally just crushes everything now.
Dude, do what you love! Don’t feel pressured having to get a car just to put a video out.
The evolution of this channel is absolutely great! Your journey has been a blast to follow and, honestly, inspired me to work on my own cars more often. Keep up the great work and I'll always look forward to the next one!
Honestly, seeing you tacking realistic projects and not hyped up cars is why I'm here. I get the desire for change but never forget your roots. Thanks for the years of great content
Do what makes you happy Jon. Really appreciate all the hard work you put into the channel. You're such a positive fella.
I fear this is the end of the road for many subscibers :-( Hope you keep it «real» :-) Good luck!
I found your channel in a search for a repair on A Kia Optima. I like watching you take down and/or repair regular cars. And I am always behind by more than a week, your videos are created faster than I can watch them. Good luck, I'll keep watching.
So glad you’re not quitting. I could watch you work on anything. I especially love the videos with your Dad.
I honestly loved the resort/garage videos!
Best of luck to you. You are a smart and hard working guy, im sure it will do well. I have zero interest in supercars and dismantling is pretty boring to watch so i will be moving along. Thanks for the years of quality videos.
You should check out Nononsenseknowhow, he makes great long form vids with car content and some boat content
Seems like a common theme, I watch because I enjoy watching you fix cars the everyman drives. I like watching your remodel videos as well. I have zero interest in supercars or watching a dude strip down cars for parts. It doesn't matter to me if there's content every day, just that it's entertaining.
I've enjoyed watching your channel since stumbling across the video of you fixing up and flipping that cheap Honda Civic. I remember when you pivoted and became a full-time CZcams content creator. I've enjoyed your daily content, especially the videos of the new garage, mini resort, and next new garage. Good luck with your new business!
Thanks for all the previous videos it's been fun watching you go. Best of luck doing what's right for you. That said, it doesn't seem like a journey I want to continue with. ✌️
I love boring car videos. I guess I'm just a boring guy.
I enjoy that you don’t need to use click bait titles. So cringy when CZcamsrs (auto auction rebuilds) do this.
Been here since Ambergini days, watch every video regardless of car or project. I subscribe to you and your journey!
Can't wait to see you bring back the Rolls
Wow, a second near breaking one's back must lead to important life reevaluations. You do you. My first WatchJRGo vid I thought was weird. But, I've pretty much watched, liked, and subscribed ever since.
I watch for your garage upgrades, and all the cars you fix that are good daily drivers.
Wish you luck with the changes and I'm sure you'll do great. Just don't set your expectations too high as while this venture is different, it'll still be a grind.
I only watch a handful of automotive CZcamsrs. Doing my own wrenching it's just generally boring watching someone else fix a car. There's some unique stuff there and there like the Focus DCT you did, but generally it's all the same content; from everyone.
That and it gets tiring watching a slew of twenty minute videos for five minutes of actual content (all hail the algorithm!).
Anymore all that really catches my attention is the unique stuff. Either odd-ball ideas or just rare or unconventional vehicles. Unfortunately as saturated as the market is finding something relatively unique or not done before most certainly be challenging.
dang that's sad. I cannot stand tarvarish and super cars...
Makes sense to build businesses that can run independent of CZcams for long term sustainability.
I can certainly appreciate the frustration of "the grind" of daily videos for boring cars. What I would appreciate from you, specifically, would be for you to add sponsored tech improvements. I actually bought an audio head unit due to your endorsement. I'm currently in the process of replacing electrical work on my classic, so the first one that comes to mind would be replacing the dash cluster with a Dakota Digital replacement in the Camaro. Another one I don't remember seeing was you replacing all of the old wiring on a classic that needs to be rewired with a new harness from Painless Wiring. I appreciate your voice and confidence when you describe the work you do, plus I'm inclined to believe that some of the potential sponsors would appreciate the tech support you could be saving them from.
it was fun while it lasted
O’Reilly stock is going to drop!
My favorite automotive channel of them all is ColdWarMotors.
It has real characters, a cute dog, sometimes some live music, sometimes some sillyness about smoking, old tires, sometimes some silly 'racing' old snowscooters or winter beater cars but it's always centered around fixing old classic cars, mostly north American but also some European.
Highly entertaining and very recommended.
Another good channel is DD speedshop because he does actual body repairs on classic cars that are seriously impressive (to me at least). And he does it all without being a pretentious prick.
3rd mention: pine hollow auto diagnostics. If you are into serious tech diagnostics on modern cars mostly electric, that is a channel for you. I learned a LOT from him.
Change is part of life. Making money is a good plan. Looking forward to see where the new content and business goes. Selling the lake house? LOL Bummer, I was hoping to rent it. Maybe I'll get into that business? Haha Good luck with the new business/format! Always great to have another reliable source for parts!!
I like content where junk becomes not junk
😂
Long time viewer here, I look forward to your content whether it is daily, weekly or when you are able to post it. I also enjoy the work you do on your shop and home, because I learn new and different things. I also know you need to make a living, so however you are able to do both at the same time is fine with me. Good luck always JR!
Watching you fix ordinary cars helped me tremendously working on my own. I will miss seeing those type of videos but hopefully I will learn as much as you part cars out. Beat wishes as you move ahead.
how about more on your 69 Camaro?
I definitely didn't follow you for your Audi or any of the supercars. I followed you for your grandpa's truck and the normal cars and your dad explaining every step of anything he's working on. More power to you though.
