    I definitely train in the “all out” mentality. I know that there is certain rep and set ranges for specific goals but I refuse to leave things on the table when I can take them. If I can do 10 why do 5? If I can do 15 why do 12?

    People don’t understand why we do things we do. You bet your sweet ass I’m at the gym 4-5 times a week/ judo 2-3 times a week. Why? Because why not! I have a goal I want to achieve. Im 35 and not getting any younger
