As a Philly fan, thought it was a huge mistake not embracing Butler and not even trying to keep him here.
The best player loved him and they still really cool and respectful to each other, that should have been more than enough for Philly to sign him and let Harris go

I hated how Jimmy gets portrayed that way in Minnesota. He held the team accountable. Jimmy's a fighter, and he wanted to win. Look at how Kobe and Jordan held their team accountable. Leaders have to do that.

Glad he chose this route after his career, even though I miss seeing JJ, Crawford, Korver, J.R and all those “get a bucket” guys in the league. It’s so dope to see them tell their stories.

Jimmy just wants to win. He got a taste against the Lakers. What he knows is coming is the Buck's. You can only coach so much. The players got to ball on a high level against the best in the world. Nothing beats sports playoffs.

Hearing bam talk about staying in Miami makes me happy as a heat fan.
Man I love Bam’s game. If he could develop a legit shot past 15 ft he’d be a whole ‘nother level.
As a Twolves fan that trade (Butler for Bam) would have been a dream. We finally have a coach that understands KATs strengths and protects him from his weaknesses. KATs having success because we're playing him like a 7ft guard. Would have been nice having BAM next to him for defense and rebounding.
It might also have to do with the fact that KAT matured (losing loved ones is a hard one) and he started putting more heart into everything. I remember when he got drafted, he was supposed to be even better than KG, I hope he reaches his potential.

Jimmy Butler became my favorite player when he was with the bulls and he still is. Somehow still underrated
More overrated, actually. He has MOMENTS. Consistency is greatness. That is what is getting lost in this current NBA. Dudes have moments..and are called ‘Great’…when true greatness is repeating those high-level performances on a regular basis, and very few players do that, in this current league. True standouts…STAND OUT. Ratings, hype, media..does not matter. They get their just due, and Butler is good, but just good. Nothing more.
He’s honestly pretty consistent in his all around game. He’s going to get 8 or 9 rebounds, 7 or 8 assists, and lockdown the opposing teams best player. His offense is fairly consistent 21 ppg on 48% shooting

jimmy butler has turned into one of the most consistent stars in today’s NBA. consistently will give you 22 on good efficiency, play well with the team, guard the other team’s best perimeter player and a strong leader. he’ll also always show up in the playoffs. he’s for sure underrated.
