I know it doesnt have nothing to do with the vid but what you think about greco roman wrestlers? I know many mma stars have spent years doin greco such as jones, couture, sonnen, hendo, lindland etc. Plus khabib has trained with vlasov who's a great greco wrestler and said that he was one of the strongest grapplers he has ever seen. I think the only thing they lack on are leg takedowns and trips, but they master the upper body so well. What you think isaac?

all wrestling is good to practice. the more you are on the mat the better. I wouldnt trade it for freestyle or folkstyle practice though
