European Parliament Petition hearing regarding child abduction by Dutch social services 19-03-2014

European Parliament, committee on petitions.
During the hearing specially devoted to discuss the horrors that are committed by social workers & family courts in United Kingdom and The Netherlands.
Several cases have been explained by victims who's children were taken away using ridiculous reasons.
The MEP's have seen the video of how Latvian / Russian twins were removed from their mother in The Netherlands because the privatised social services company Bureau Jeugdzorg did not liked that mother spoke Russian with the children at home and that they had vague suspicion that mother would emigrate from Holland with the children.
The MEP's were disgusted by these actions in UK and NL.
It was decided to take the following steps:
- Send investigation groups to those countries
- Put this severe problem on the agenda for plenary EP hearing
- Work out resolutions to be able to force sanctions on member states.
The European commission representatives made constantly the same excuse.
It is thus for Member States alone to ensure that their obligations regarding fundamental rights -- as resulting from international agreements and from their internal legislation -- are respected. Therefore, the Commission is not in a position to comment on the fundamental rights issues raised by petitioner
MEP's considered this unacceptable and demanded from the EC to find solutions and don't make excuses.

May I note that the heart-breaking video in which the children are dragged away, the children even screamed their hearts out in DUTCH?
But even if the children had been screaming in Russian...
This is a very worrisome development.
How about families who speak a Limburgs dialect or Frysian, at home, btw?

thank God that in 2019 mother of these children is going to assue the dutch authorities over these affairs. God bless you. There are a lot of cases with Jeugdzorg Nederland and even a book written where parents got six and half milion euro from jeugdzorg. SUCCES my children have almost the same via doloroza with the same people of jeugdzorg.
