This movie was made with our own money. No sponsors, no crowdfunding, no Patreon. This movie is made purely for fun and entertainment. We will not and do not want to any money from ads, any possible income from ads will be claimed by the rightful content owners.
This is our very first project. We do not have any experience with movie making, so please, don´t be too harsh in the comments. I am open to critique, but without any vulgarities or invectives. Me and my brother are huge fans of MGS games, especially MGS1 and MGS3. So we decided to grab our money, pick some of our friends, have some fun and try to make a short movie. We started to shoot in October 2020, and I finished postprodution in May 2021.

I’m glad you guys made this. It’s very cool, would love to see a behind the scenes. Budgeting etc. this looked very intense to put together. Well done
KGB officers in uniform had green shoulderboards on their uniforms, whereas Soviet Army officers wore uniforms with red shoulderboards marked with the letters СА because that was the abbreviation for “Soviet Army” in Cyrillic characters. In those characters, what would be the English letter S looks like the letter C.

Wow this is one of my favorite fan films out there, amazing job! I agree with another commenter, the differences from the original game and this film feel well chosen, for the sake of a more cinematic take. And the accents feel like they are perfectly in line with the game (the dialogue is english in our perspective, but in the storys context Russian is spoken at all times minus the codec calls. I dont know if this is russian but it feels immersive enough to me). I hope you guys do a sequel in the future!
This is awesome! It reminded me of older IRL video game videos from 10-15 years ago. Nice abandoned buildings too, looks fun for airsoft or paintball

The Box scene was hilarious
not bad... infact it was really good.... but sokolov wasn't wearing his glasses.... snake looked like robert Carlisle and he2 major zero had Russian ascents and ocelot was a bit on the chubby side... but other then that... it was brilliant 10 out of 10 for style
