I bought my grandson every game system and game from the first Nintendo up to the latest and never received that kind of love, appreciation, kind words, or hug from him except as a young child. I did it because his parents never did a thing for him, so every need and want was all on me. School clothes, birthdays, Christmas all me. This young man saying, "I just never thought I'd have one." ONE. Hits hard. He didn't even open it all the way and ran to her, asking, "Why, why?" Because you're her grandson, and she loves you to the moon and back! ( Her yes, I AM was priceless! ) He has a lovely family. Stay golden and never forget these sweetest moments. ❤✌️
The gratitude displayed here is priceless and brings me to tears. 😢 I know this grandma's heart was filled with joy to know she made her grandson feel this way.
