First channel I found to motivate me. I watch other videos and realized how un-organized I was. Then I got up,cleaned my room,went to the bathroom and stared at myself. Looked at my hair,washed it. Took a shower. Found some skin care products for me. I also found some for my hair. I went to the kitchen told my family,and ate all my vegetables without complaining. Thank you so much!! First of all,my skin in so much cleaner. Second, my hair is longer!! And I feel much more healthy. I went to the doctors a few days ago and got told I’m doing much more healthier than last visit! I was healthy but not as healthy. Again,thank you.

I had two craniotomies a couple years ago, and as a side effect, I got Aphasia and Short Term Memory Loss. The memory loss is progressing, and lately, I'm having a hard time remembering things like 'general hygiene routine'. It's pathetic; I'm 39, I have a Master's in Marketing yet... I can't remember a general hygiene routine?!?! Very discouraging.

My hygiene routine
1 face mask ( I do this 2 times a week and not in a row wait 2 days in between masks)
2 get in the shower( make sure the water is hot or luke warm)
3 wash my body with exfoliating wash cloth and bar soap once or twice
4 wash my body twice with dove vanilla scented body wash and loofah twice (I wash my body atleast 3 times)
5 I use my sugar scrub
6 wash of my sugar scrub
7 get out the shower
8 pat my body down with my towel
9 put on my cocoa butter
10 put on my sweet apple cider body cream
11 put on my perfume
12 put perfume on my clothes
13 put on my clothes
14 wash my face with face wash and a face brush
15 put coconut oil on my face
16 put on a mixture of cocoa butter and Shea butter on my face
17 put on lip Vaseline and lip gloss
18 put on mascara and do my eyebrows ( depends if it is morning or not)
19 detangle my hair with a pick, comb, and leave in conditioner
20 put coconut oil through my hair
21 do my hair
22 do my edges
23 put on my jewelry
24 put all of my belongings into my big basket of hygiene
25 go to my room and put my stuff away

Coconut oil is really bad for your face so try argan oil instead
Coconut oil, shea butter are not good for your face. It can clog you pores and produce more acne. Just a little tip luv xo😘

It's super oversized
A loofah replacement that I use are these scrubby gloves that you put on in the shower and just wash as if you're just using your hands. It's so exfoliating
