      @@MorrisseyMuse The main difference is Liverpool have to play Man City, Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea & Spurs twice a season with the likes of Everton, Wolves & Leicester hanging just outside the top SIX...
      Barca play Real Madrid - OK I'll give you Athletico Madrid and then their are only Valencia and Sevilla...if Barcelona actually played in a competitive league that average would be impressive - but considering how weak La Liga is it's actually disappointing!

    I'm a manchester united fan through and through but any football fan should respect the way liverpool pressured barcelona and how they managed to completely shut messi down was unbelievable. They made an experienced team like barcelona look like little boys, never seen barcelona get whopped like that before lmao. I have to be honest, a part of me is jealous to see liverpool in this position while united is a shambles BUT i have to respect it, this is great for english football.

    From a United fan, Liverpool showed that they got guts! Barca rested their players while Liverpool played their top players on the weekend to get a win against Newcastle and without Salah and firmino they beat a full strength Barca team. Unbelievable!

      I think you can sense how drunk he is more like. The man is barely stringing sentences together! He's pure stream of consciousness unleashed before the obligatory studio water glass. I appreciate he may be excited, but Danny Murphy is usually more like tales from the crypt, the resurrection without splendour nor enthusiasm, than this animated, nipple patting deviant. In fairness, I would probably turn up to one of these pundit-oholics anonymous meetings steaming like Thomas Newcomen's kettle, so this is less of a criticism, more an observation. I actually prefer the inebriated Murphy; his regular 'lusting for a sudden end'-self is intolerable.

    Im a passionate Barcelona fan and
    I have to congratulate Liverpool for their amazing performances, in both legs. I hope they win this ucl, Klopp and his team deserve it. Klopp brought Liverpool back and turned them into an amazing machine! That being said, I hope Barca realizes they have to make some changes and probably also have to get a new manager because choking the ucl twice in a row is unforgivable.

    Being a Man United fan and looking at what happened last night wasn't really a shock to me. Liverpool have played beautiful football this season not just last night, and that's what hard work and dedicated gets you. I hope the United players see how much passion Liverpool have put into each and every game and take note that playing football from ur heart like we and all did as kids, instead of being blinded by money, is and the only way to play.

    Watching Origi I think that 1st goal gave him soo much more confidence.
    Even against Newcastle he wasn't going forward he was passing backwards, but after that goal in the 7th minute he was dribbling past players staying strong in the air , keeping position and finally finished the 4th goal with precision

    For years me and my brother have hated each others team, Me, Man U (No apologies) and him Liverpool, (he actually got married at Anfield so that tells you how much of a fan he has always been) I didn't see the match but was following it, and after more years than I care to remember I have rubbed his nose in Liverpool's failure to live up to their "Glory days" but after seeing the highlights of that match along with everything else, missing Salah etc, Barca with Messi, Suarez, 0-3 down blah blah,
    After the Match I immediately texted him, Congratulating him on an amazing result, long story short he txt, ".....see that's what a good football club can do???????"
    My reply "Well I'll let u have that one tonight lol"
    For the record, I would put that result as the most Impressive "Come back" In UCL History.
    Credit where it's due, and even though it was Liverpool, that performance by Klopp & Co Is the reason we ALL love the great game. Sorry for the lengthy post but I thought I owed it to my Bro for all the years of ribbing I gave him lol.

    Never seen professionals players with tears in there eyes with total commitment of playing for their club and fans. This has been installed by jurgen klopp three years or so when he came to Liverpool. Owners of Liverpool Fenway sports have been magnificent in there backing of are club. Even if no trophy’s at end of season, am sure everyone who supports Liverpool will be proud.

    This is by far the greatest come back in Club Football ever, I’m no Liverpool fan but watching this match gave me goosebumps and emotional. If they made a film about this match, nobody would believe it, they would say it was too far fetched.Good luck to the red half of Liverpool. They spent 0 pounds in the last 2 transfer windows Yes Liverpool beat a dominant Barcelona side 3 zero down with arguably the greatest player to touch a football in messi but Tottenhams win was more impressive.     I started supporting Liverpool in the early '90s and this is by far my favourite group of players, I love every single one of them and the manager of course.     The Alisson save just before half-time was outstanding and that is why we paid £65 million for the Worlds best Goalkeeper what a 2 season’s Fabinho and Alisson played both Champions League, Premier League the Super Cup and the World Club Cup winners as well. Made me cry watching this game it was truly unbelievable and utterly fantastic and you knew the name was on the Champions League Title name was on it after that result. YNWA
