The 90's were one of the best era I swear. The Box use to be one of the best music network, even though you had to pay $1.99 to watch a music video, but it was well worth it. My mother use to yell at me when I use to order videos from there cause they use to charge it to your phone bill. When my mother wanted to whoop my ass, I use to run outside hahahahaha. I miss those days. MTV sucks, which they bought. Now everything is digital technology, which digital technology killed the music industry.
I miss this channel! I still have an old VHS tape full of music videos from The Box, stored away somewhere. I recorded it in late 1999 right before the station went off the air (well where I live, that's when it did, though I see on Wikipedia it lasted till 2001). Luckily I thought to in time!
I remember running up the phone bill with that 900 number! Summers weren't the same without watching that loop of videos playing over n over til someone requests a video.

if a person says the remember the box then it shows there age, if this was out when bow wow or b2k was out i would be in alot of trouble as a kid calling in all day to see them good thing i got xfinity cable with on-demand i do remember the spice girls though

man what i hated about the box was the majority was rap and r&b, i got nothing against those styles but everyone should have a fair share, its bullshit, plus its very contradicting when they say control what "you" watch, most of the time i couldn't!! thank goodness for youtube!
