Ingredients:
100g blueberry
100g banana
200g all purpose flour
90g maple syrup
50g oil
200g coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. go pick your blueberries
2. mix all the ingredients
3. bake at 350F / 180C for 25 minutes

２、全ての材料を混ぜ合わせます。
３、１８０℃のオーブンで２５分ほど焼きます。

I just made it. Taste great! ! So happy to eat something both healthy and tasty. I found using a dark color muffin pan (bake for 20 minutes) makes the muffin crisp outside and floppy inside. Whereas the light color muffin pan makes the muffin very floppy. My family likes the first way.

+Marianna Dayioukla +Marianna Dayioukla You could use buckwheat or almond flour, but not all of them. you'd better to blend those flour and wheat flour. I recommend the ratio like this. buckwheat of almond : wheat = 2 - 3 : 8 - 7

I halved the oil, didn't use maply syrup, and made up the total weight of liquid by using more mashed banana. YUMMY! I see potential in this recipe!
