We've teamed up with Visit Scotland and Visit Britain and to take part in an 'influencer swap'. 20 uk influencers will swap countries to discover the best things to do right here on our doorstep.
As we were already in Scotland they decided to send us to Aberdeen to explore the best bits and swap custard for a swanky hotel - of course we didn't say no!
The aim of this campaign is to encourage you to get away from the everyday life we're currently experiencing in 2020 and to take a UK break this autumn/winter.
Please travel when it's safe and allowed to do so, we don't advise travelling for leisure if it goes against covid rules.

I've been to Dunnottar Castle, We walked from the harbour to the castle, round the castle and back to the harbour. Our wee cavalier King Charles spaniel had to be carried back as he was pooped 😂🤣😂🤣

Always refreshing to see your home town through someone else's eyes. I'm from Aberdeen and never knew Johnston Gardens existed! Glad you're enjoying it though. I live in Ellon now, not far from the Brew Dog HQ and brewery, you should definately check it out. Also, Collieston is our favourite beach spot to visit. Bring a towel and get a swim in. You could probably park there overnight too tbh. Keep up the good work lads! :)

Aberdeen ❤️❤️Went there to see Iron Maiden there a few years ago and fell in love with it. Cities don't normally do it for me but it thought ' I could live here'. Barry could be like that if VoG made a bit more effort! 🤣🤣Except there were these HUUGE red flying bug things all over my motorhome when I was parked up on the seafront. They were kinda cute, but kept trying to eat my lunch 🤨

Yes to exploring one’s own ‘backyard’. The other day I discovered a Fort (closed in 1956, opened as a park in 1985) a mere five minute walk from one of the first places I lived in in Victoria, Canada - 35 years ago!
