Van life Scotland is still happening lads! We are still road tripping this incredible country in our bus and as Autumn sets in its looking BEAUTIFUL!! â€ïž|
This week's vlog is a little magical... đâïž
We visit the Glenfinnan viaduct to watch the famous harry potter steam train go by and enjoy a little ride ourselves.. but living in a van also has it's downsides. as you'll see!
At the end we head over to the Isle of Skye for a proper hike (ew) and to set ourselves up for a week of adventure next week!

Aw. I took my then 12-year-old son on the Jacobite in 2010...we missed the train in Fort William and I fell to my knees in tears in the train station sobbing, so a lovely gent in a kilt drove me and my son to the next station and we stopped to see the viaduct on the way. When we got to the station to claim our seats on the Jacobite, a not-so-clever couple had hijacked them and were thrown off the train. We finally made it to Mallaig for our ferry to Skye...and were able to enjoy the entire trip back on the Jacobite to Fort William. I've never seen more magical scenery in my life...or a more green landscape. I didn't know that level of green existed anywhere in the real world. Thanks for the memories.
Itâs November 21, 2023, as I write this. Yes the world is even more crazy and yes Iâm binging your channel to escape. Iâm blown away, no pun intended, by how absolutely gorgeous Scotland is. Iâm a Colorado native. Itâs also amazingly beautiful. You have taken us to so many beautiful places, but I can see why youâve decided to make Scotland your home. Iâve really enjoyed your adventures.
