Does coffee flare your acne? Im trying to figure out if its triggering mine. I never have more than one cup a day. Trying to see if theres a balance or if I have to cut it out completely.
For me, it isn't a trigger. Try like a week or two without it and by the time passes you will know if it is coffee or smth else.
I guess it also depends on what you're drinking your coffee with - if it's regular cow milk, that could be a trigger
Usually dairy or sugar flares up acne (maybe you take that with your coffee). I haven't really heard of coffee being that triggering for acne, but if it is, one cup a day doesn't sound that bad, especially if you eat healthy afterwards 😄
@@almad685 yea I can’t eat dairy so I always use either almond or oat milk. I read it can’t effect your stress which also triggers acne. So who knows
If you have gut issues, it could be a trigger for your acne. I cut it out over a year ago, and I feel so much better. It definitely was contributing to my acne! It was too acidic for my stomach. I used to drink 3 a day though. Trying to stay awake on flights I was working😩😅 Matcha and Earl Grey are my new go-to’s! Everyone’s body is so different though. You have to find what works for you 😊

No matter how much I tried, in the past, to like her because she has this zen “clean” energy, I always thought there was something off, uptight and pretentious about her, but in addition to how fake this video is, I think I come to be fully correct. I don’t care how much they paid her to be a part of this video, at the end of the day she’s responsible for the projects she chooses, her image and what she stands for. This is so unrealistic, it’s actually offensive to our IQ. Waking up with a full face of makeup, jewelry and perfectly done hair, a glass of lemon water right beside your bed and as I’ve seen other people mentioning, pumping 5-6 times before new and obviously sponsored products that she tries to present as “hEr rOuTiNe”. Oh please 🙄

You would never ever see one that isn’t and shouldn’t expect it tbh.Imagine having a whole crew coming to your house whenever you wake up even if it’s 5am, no rehearsal and film you getting ready!? Cmon it’s just impossible.
@@athinakt I think you missed the point of my comment though. I’m not complaining about this being rehearsed. All of those projects are obviously. I just find it offensive that it’s so blatantly unrealistic and fake as a “rOuTiNe”. It comes off cringy to watch. I came to realize that it comes down to the specific person though. The projects they say yes to, their character and the instructions they give to be perceived a certain way and “protect” their image. They’re people like Ashley Graham and Rihanna, though, that make it look so real even in huge channels like this. Not trying to compare, just saying it’s possible. To look amazing, have a great career and a refreshingly bright character, while making a difference, inspiring others and respecting their IQ. Also, being relatable as a human being lol.
