Thanks for posting this! I tried this design and it was an improvement - the airplane sat level. After experimenting some more, I found a variation that I recommend: attach the 1x5 and 1x9 arms as shown in the video, but use the 1x13 arms to brace between the ends of the 1x9 arms and the technic bricks in the base of the stand (12th holes in the arms to the furthest-forward open holes in bricks). This creates support in front of the model's center of gravity and completely eliminates the tip-forward problem. Now the stand holds the model nose-up as if they were welded together.

good mod! I was having the same issue with my stand also that the jet would want to tip forward easily when moved. I will make sure to try modifying the stand as you have shown.
