They only included one pilot because most of the time the F-15EX will fly with one. It has the ability to use a WSO in addition to a pilot but all missions it will do can also be done with a single crew

Great looking kit, just not sure how I feel about this grey cone piece in the front of the jet not matching with the rest of the color scheme. Nice review as always 👍

the nose is a slightly darker shade of blue on the real plane as well. the lego version just has a much darker nose than on the real one due to having limited colors available, but the realism is at least there

You can buy the plans for this at this point and order the parts on bricklink. That way you can order whatever colors you want.

Bought the instructions and just ordered the bricks for this beauty. Rebuild it in Studio first build can't figure out how the front wheel goes in. Do you need to dismantle some bricks first?

I don't think you have to dismantle it. I have taken mine apart and put it way in it's box.

This is the F-15EX, the BKM kit is an F-15E. This one is focused on air to air whereas the E is almost exclusively for air to ground

I do not have the BKM version of the F-15. That is if you were looking for the differences in the ways their kits were designed.
