How To Fix "Cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified" Error macOS Gatekeeper

This is a quick video on how to bypass an error message when you try to open an application which goes as follows: "Cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified". This is due to Gatekeeper being too preventative and stopping the application from loading when there is not necessarily any danger. In this video I show two simple methods, the Ctrl+click method and the System Preferences, Security tab method.

Hi, I have a problem with my Mac m1 when I finish installing bluestack emulator it asks me :
"According to the security policy requirements for macOS system, you need to manually authorize the limit to allow the driver to be loaded as below, otherwise, the emulator cannot run :
location-authorization: System Preferences - >Security&Privacy -> General"
But I don't have this button that should be on the bottom. Can you help me?
