18 f150 10r80 gremlins

Truck going into limp mode. New plugs, new coils, all new sensors/internal wires/valve body (third fluid change). Swapped out throttle body to test. The truck is tuned, but was also tested with the stock tune and still does the same thing. I can only assume that the external harness or computer it’s at fault.
