I recently purchased the 13 mini and realized I didn't set up any of these features. Mostly because I was unsure how to use them properly. Fantastic job explaining the steps and showing examples.
I have noticed that, "old passes" remain in the wallet and most users(like me) forget the option to delete those concert tickets, boarding passes, etc..
So happy this was the first video I chose. Very helpful and concise!

Hi Claudia. I just got an iphone 11 with no home button, so watched your video on that, then needed to know how the apple pay will work - still miss that home button. Thanks! We just got back from Toronto and I used my old 7plus wallet for everything we did - from transit to restaurants. First time on a trip where I didn't use ANY cash.

I have a question on using Apple Pay on an Apple Watch do you touch the screen to the card reader or is it the top of the watch like on the iPhones or is it or a different place that needs to come in contact with the card reader could you please let me know the answer thank you very much and I really like your videos

So I needed to know how to use this feature and thanks to you now I know, My bank blocked my card because of fraud and by the time I get the new card in the mail they send me the card through digital wallet apple pay. I was like what? but now im more confident. Thank you so much!!

Do you have to put your credit card information in to use apple wallet? I don't want to put this on my phone but I wasn't sure if I had to since I just want to store my tickets and passes. My daughter tells me I don't have to put credit card info in to use the wallet. I may be 68 and I use and android but my husband has an apple so this is a discussion I feel she is wrong. Please help!
I use apple pay to send money to my brother who don’t have Venmo. I also use Apple Pay at Pizza Hut (where I work) if I pay in stores and some food places use Apple Pay in their apps for mobile orders. I haven’t found many stores that accepts Apple Pay. I used to use it at a local grocery store when I was living in South Dakota. But now living back in Illinois I haven’t found many stores that accept it.
I’m a truck driver. Do you know if I can add my DOT medical certificate to Apple wallet? We are required to carry it whenever driving a commercial vehicle.

so i went to a store on a military base and everything was working fine up until is asked credit or debit we tried both credit and debit and it didn’t work. any suggestions?
How do we switch between which card we want to use for a purchase on the fly? Or does it only default to 1 and have to be switched outside of a purchase in wallet settings.
If you have loaded multiple cards into your wallet, once you double click the button to pay, the other cards should come up on the bottom and you can swipe to use them instead.

I have got 3 cards from the same bank with almost the same bank number, so `I often pay with the wrong card. I wonder if there is a way to mark my cards.

Hi Claudia. I'm trying to set up my wallet. I'm stuck at the verification step. The email shown on the phone is incorrect and so is the phone number, which makes it impossible to verify. I tried going to the Transaction Defaults and changed the email address and phone number, but I still can't get a verification. Any suggestions?

Good Morning. Could you ask me a question about the security of this app? I've already performed several procedures and because I can't find any that give security, I delete all the cards from my iPhone. Let's go: After adding the card (credit or debit) in Wallet, for you to use it, you have to use Face ID or code (important detail: the same as unlocks the cell phone). The problem is with this code since it is the same that unlocks your device, correct? If I suffer a robbery and the robber demands my cell phone password (which is not difficult), robbing him in possession of the password will be able to use all my cards (credit/debit) registered in the Wallet app. Obviously he couldn't use Face ID, but with the code he was able to unlock the cards. This card/wallet unlock code should be different and independent from the cell phone unlock code. Do you have any suggestions ?

Not without you voluntarily opening up your phone with your ID. Nobody else can get into your phone, and use your wallet, without your ID. The phone is secured by your face ID, fingerprint touch ID, or your security code. It's not much different from a credit card or debit card, where nobody can use it unless they have your PIN. If you're being robbed, the thief can force that from you either way.

Almost all of the 1st world countrys have Apple Pay available. In india Apple Pay might be available in the capital or big cities

Apple Pay and other mobile + tapping payment methods are accepted literally everywhere in Europe. Ive never seen a card reader that doesn’t support tapping since 2016 ( that was when the USA started using chip instead of the magnetic strip) And still to this date, only 60% of your cards supports tapping, this just shows how after the US is when it comes to many modern day technologies. I mean, here in Sweden you basically can only use cash in grocery stores, everyone uses Mobile payments or tapping
