    Maybe you already know thus, but there is a nespresso store at the scottsdale mall where you can buy the pods and also they will give you a bag to recycle your used pods 😊

      I take 2-3 rest days a week! So it’s random, sometimes on the weekend & sometimes during the week! It’s hard to find time to workout, we’ve all been there!! U got this💛

    Dessert idea: sliced banana almond butter between two slices topped with chocolate and put in the freezer!!

    One of my favorite Dessert/breakfast is this
    3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt Or oikos vanilla 15 g yogurt
    Mix in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
    Mix in 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips
    Top off with a serving of purely Elizabeth granola or chopped up apple
    So good and high-protein!

      Please let me know how you like it!! It has been my obsession for the last six months or more.
      I did forget to add that I put some Stevia/Sweetener of choice in the plain Greek yogurt.
