Very helpful. Thank you 😊
Do unemployment benefits jeopardize your lost wages settlement ? And what if you need to see a therapist but you’ve been terminated and don’t have insurance anymore ? Is there a way a contingency attorney can get a therapist on contingency as well ?
Good information
Good video thank you
We are heading for mediation so that tells me employer wants easy way out
Can you ask the company to pay attorney fees plus settlement
hey I live in pa I'm due to go into mediation against a hotel company and I'd like to work with someone in your office if that's possible
What if you work less than a month but they want to settle and its 15 dollars a hour
What happens after deposition especially when defense lawyer took all my pay difference between current and past, was 6 dollars difference per hour now how much severance will I be getting and punitive damage
Do you have a video on age discrimination?
Thanks very helpful I was making 27.61 after I got fired I found a job that pays 21 what are my chances my deposition is done where am going now please help thanks
I was making 27.61 before I got fired after I got fired. I am making 21. The employer doesn't want to pay a lawsuit, so on mediation, how much do u think my case will settle thanks
If you didn’t go to trial how did the court find in favor of the defendant?
Seems weird
The judge can decide the case on paper if he/she decides it should not go to a jury trial
I think sometimes they can talk directly to the judge maybe
Can I contact you I have strong discrimination case. ?
How can I get in touch with you
Ced Charlot hi there. Email us at intake@floridaovertimelawyer.com

Is failure to accommodate under ADA a form of discrimination?
Absolutely!!
I called your office and never got to speak to you. You had emails coming to me asking me for more information. (You even had my name wrong. )to fill out my information about the case. I sent all my information including the filing I did with EEOC. I then got an email you did not think I had a case. Now the EEOC gave me a right to sue letter and I had two attorneys who said I have a case. Maybe it was not big enough for ? I don't think you are very thorough and you should be more personable with clients. This is a stressful time for us and its good to have some empathy. I know most 9% of attorneys just look at dollar signs that's fine but have some morals also. I know I have a good case and I am interviewing attorneys now.
If you had a case - we would have taken it. We handle thousands of cases a year. If another lawyer thinks you have a case, then go with that firm. Empathy is important, but so is honesty and directness. Didn’t see a case we can help on. If you disagree, by all means, pursue it. Best of luck.
How do you know. You did not even get my name correct. My name is Beth and in my information I told you I filed a claimed with the EEOC. Here is the email your company or whoever you hire to weed out your calls response was.
Hello SAVANNAH BOGLE,
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to evaluate your case. Based on our review, there isn’t enough evidence of discriminatory conduct at this time, for us to take the case on your behalf. We aren’t saying there is no discrimination, we are simply saying that there is no evidence to move forward at this time. Accordingly, Mr. Celler suggests that you file a Charge of Discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) to preserve your rights by going to www.eeoc.gov. The EEOC is a government agency that investigates complaints. The email goes on to tell me more which I am sure is a pre printed form for whoever sends these for you. I have a hired an attorney I would suggest James Tarquin he has morals.@@Floridaovertimelawyer
Thousands? Honesty? @@Floridaovertimelawyer
Hello all, I am on a sick leave based on Doctor's advise...documents were sent to my employer, etc.
However, the Regional Manager HR insist to meet me for an interview while they acknowledge i am on medication and sick.
HR sends me interview dates and says its "mandatory" otherwise they will considered it as a resignation and close my file. Keep in mind, Ido want to return to work after doctors approve. And I have no attention of resignation.
Question is...can they do that?
I was treated so bad at my last job after I reported a man for sexual harrassment. After I reported him he told them that we were actually having sex, and the other workers started slandering me and defamation. Nothing was done to this guy but I i was later fired because I question things at the job, and they used an excuse to
fire me.
