I think part of the problem with Amazon as well is not just the concern about fakes, but from an American standpoint the point about buying and supporting a site from one of the richest billionares in the US when we're facing such wealth inequality in the nation.
That, and the way they treat their employees...like slave labor!!! Too bad no kind hearted rich person has thought to start up an Anti-Amazon that sold everything online and paid living wages with paid sick time, health care, and respect for workers! (least of all time to eat lunch and take a wiz!)
I know, every time I buy from Amazon I feel guilty but it's do damn convenient and especially in the current pandemic situation - sometimes though I can find an equivalent or better deal on eBay!

Take the plunge, get the bifocals...about a week adjustment of headaches and nausea, but AMAZING that you don't have to keep taking your glasses off and put the other pair on.
Get the no line gradual ones. No one knows you are wearing bifocals. There is a bit of a learning curve but who wants to deal with two pairs of glasses
Pay a bit more, get tailor made varifocals. I have balance problems but took to these in a couple of days.

I’m laughing so hard at you two describing fanning yourself while trying to read your phone. 🤣🤣 I’m right there with you! I caved and got bifocals about 6 years ago and once you get used to them they’re worth it. The newer version of them don’t have visible lines. Thanks for all the laughs ladies. I always look forward to your videos together.
I bought the trifocal and I was told to wear them for 2 weeks and push through the sick feeling. Once you get used to it that feeling goes and they are brilliant.

Varifocals aren't like they used to be. There isn't a line in the middle like before and they're very comfortable.
If you can wear contacts....my left eye has a 2.75 correction for distance and my right eye has a 4.75 correction for reading, computer, etc.....been doing this for 20 yrs.....your brain makes the thing work.....no problem.....they increase the strength as needed....I’m 70 and no issue with dryness,..contacts are so advanced now...I LOVE IT....and hope I never have to ‘wear glasses’
Yea, I have same thing. It doesn’t really show like the old style & I’m only 59. No problem but I can see....... lolol

Love the Chanel bronzer! Got it for Christmas and use it all over my face instead of foundation. It goes on with no streaks like some other creams I’ve tried and just gives a healthy glow. No powder required and looks like skin. The only thing I would change would be to make it fragrance free. The fragrance does fade to nothing rather quickly which is nice.

Sad to say I wear trifocals! The only time I have to change glasses is from regular to sunglasses. Don’t let them sell you on coatings or tints or no line. No line are extremely difficult to get used to. I use to work in optical shop. You can’t glance out the side. Everything is a blur except for small channel in lense. Have to point your nose at what you want to see. Anywho! Happy New Year ladies! Look forward to seeing you together more in 2021!

Having been there already, I literally laughed out loud when you two were talking about eyeglasses and peri-menopause. I have a pair for each room as well but they all seem to end up in the same place and I NEED my glasses to FIND my glasses. 😄 And just when I think I'm done with hot flashes they come back as if brought by Satan himself! 😒😄 Love you two! That Hado Labo gold hyaluronic acid is fantastic, lasts forever, cheap as chips and no pilling! Can take an age to arrive, especially since Covid.

Yes Nadine, Hada Labo’s hyaluronic foaming wash is great! They also have a version with AHA+BHA that’s so gentle and great to use. Love the foaming bottle like you said, haha! Hope you can get them in the UK soon!

So glad you’ve tried the Hada Labo Premium, I was always surprised you never mentioned it when you talked about the brand as I think it’s their best one.
I think it’s because she was paid to promote Hada Labo when it went into Superdrug stores and the UK range doesn’t include the premium version - I agree it’s the best one!

Hey Jo, you should look into a fan attachment for your phone- it plugs into the power outlet. I find it invaluable, & then I use a portable charger to keep my battery full. The better quality you get of plug-in phone fan the less it will deplete your battery. On the go, it’s saved my melting head & face , etc. I’m *melting* like the wicked witch 🧙🏻♀️ in Wizard 🧙🏿♂️ of Oz! Fun times! I feel for you!

A few months ago you were waxing lyrical about Bioderma Atoderm bath and shower oil, and gave a money off code. I bought some and have to say it has changed my life! Gone is the awful dry itchy old lady skin, and I wouldn't be without it now. My daughter is also using it. So definitely my vote for product of the year!

That Hada Labo gokyujun premium hyaluronic acid is the best, it’s concentrated so you don’t need to use much. What I also love about the original Japanese range is that they offer refill packs for most of their products, so please save your bottles so you can fill it up again. I’ve already got a refill pack as a back-up. I bought mine from amazon but it came from a Japanese seller (took around 2 weeks to arrive). I’m not a big amazon shopper but I will definitely continue to buy from the same seller.

Rice crops up a lot in Japanese and Korean beauty. Quite a few Japanese shampoos, like Ichikami contain rice. Korean products containing rice are also great, especially the Im From Rice toner/essence which is just amazing.
