Very clear and precise explanation on plumbing. Thanks you.
That's why you need to create a chimney style vent for you toilet drain pipes and your septic tanks. This allows the bad odour to escape through the chimney vent which is usually made above the roof height so that the smell doesn't come to the house but rises.
Craziest block work I've seen in my life.
Thank you for watching. I appreciate you stopping by. Shalom.
Mr. Bright
Also install trap to prevent return of smell (basins and kitchen). I even separated bath from sink and kitchen cus bathroom water can stink.
Thanks alot sir, I will implement that immediately.
You also do not want the WC waste to backup into the kitchen sink if you have any problem.
Thanks for sharing 👍.

Thanks so much for the information, very very helpful. Did you post how much the fence wall cost ? Thanks
Thanks for watching, I'm truly grateful. In regards to the fence wall, I inherited the fence wall upon purchase of the land.
I'm not sure about that near ninety degree turn on a waste pipe...also, in the US we have a trap on the pipes (see under the sink) where water sits in a bend to prevent odors from coming through...was this done in your home? Great video....thanks for sharing and keep up the good work!
Surprisingly, local plumbing shops don't even have the trap. Part of why people are getting problems.
Thanks alot sir, do appreciate your contributions. I'm grateful
Nice work 👍🏾👍🏾... My question is 4 inches pipe isit OK for WC line.. Thank you
Thank you for watching, please kindly with my plumber +233240752716
4inch is okay and very common. Plumber advised me to use 6inch for the part barried in the ground to be extra safe
@@aberba Thanks for your education....well noted sir.
@@aberba thank you... I used 4inch finally 🙏🏾
Excellent....if you have the chance, please do share your house with us. Congratulations 🎊
Neat works with the plumbing.
Will your rental units be using a separate bio digester or septic tank?
Thanks for watching. They will all be using bio-diagester
@@BrightandClara Same one as your household or different?
