While the message isn't bad, there is another lesson to learn from this.
Patience.
It's understandable for the son to be mad because the parents literally just threw I all in one day. He's used to being an only child, of course his mind is gonna go crazy especially with multiple quick changes.
He needed some time to think, some time to go through his opinions and thoughts.
So, even if the parents are excited about this, they shouldn't assume their son is gonna be immediately overjoyed, at least let him know.
Besides, some kids leave little hints of wanting siblings, that would help your surprise if needed.
However, don't push someone into something so quickly and expect it to be okay. The son is still a kid himself, he needs time and space.

Personally, I would be so happy to have another sibling. I feel like that they can be mean and annoying but having siblings just adds more joy to my life. Family is important.
As a kid my parents did this exact thing to me and my brother. We came home one day and they told us they were adopting 2 kids. I 100% agree with the son, parent should have had a long talk with him about this before the decision. I wish my parents did.

I’m the youngest of three daughters in my family. But both of my sisters moved out by the time I was 8 or 9. I honestly wish my parents would’ve adopted a little brother or sister for me. Even if I had to share a room with them, I would’ve been so happy to have someone to play with, and to teach things as their big sister.

I do think the parents should have talked to the son prior to adopting. That would have helped the son feel more included. Just dropping it on him like wasn’t a good idea.

Just remember love your siblings no matter what even if there adopted bc you don't know what somone has been throgh until you get to know them and sometimes they can actually be really smart and kind so treat people the way you want to be tread like dhar man treats us like we want to be treated! True to that! J just lost my father and bonus mom, only 6 week apart.
I am working through authentically forgiving my bonus mother. I always loved her, but things were complicated. She is my only parent now. She is now 77. I was close to losing her last summer. But praise Jesus she was spared so I am not totally parentless now.
Plus, forgiving someone us so very freeing m, even if the Lord would not have you to allow re-entry.
My mother always been in my life, so no re-entry is needed. Just for things to work out.
