Not only does tacos generosity make me so happy, but the fact that because they're doing better they want to support other people even more. That makes me so friggin happy. It's so easy to descend into competition, and a me vs. the world mentality these days that's really refreshing seeing people who just wanna pay it forward

My dude, because of these take and holds I've watched you do I got a Index specifically for H3VR, after roughly 30 tries I finally completed my first 5 hold gun (Standard HP, Spawnlock, Radar however) on Ricky Random without the M134 spawning. Ive had it spawn twice and its like Anton was telling me I really suck (still kind of do).

Playing with radar off and listening to sounds helps a lot
Also try using gunrig mode in options. It's easier to simulate your front hand on the gun for some people (me)

As a heads up, I've gotten some weird shit - including a modern sniper - from the 'derringer' roll.
I got the modern sniper as well from the revolver roll. Maybe because laws deem the 'shorty' versions of rifles would be considered pistols, but that's speculation
Dude, red lumberjack is SOOOOO tanky. The one time I killed him, it was a half-hour boxing match
It took like 200 JHP 7.62x51 for me when I was doing an itemspawner run, very tanky!

Dunno, he's very beat-downable, but then you have to contend with being lit on fire when he does.
My fastest kill on him so far was a bayonetted autoshotty followed by drill.
Is he tankier than in rotweiners? Cause I've usually never fought him without the chainsaw

@@tylerblubaugh5549 No, that’s not how a loadout works. He replaced the double barrel with the quad barrel and ditched the shorty. So it’s not a loadout anymore.

I hate that issue with the score not posting. Has happened to me many times with very good runs.
Do you have a video on your movement controls? Trying to figure out how you walk and reload comfortably while also appearing to be able to arm swing
the secret is the base movement speed setting in armswinger, you move at a set pace when holding down the locomotion button but not swinging your arms, had made fine interactions much easier while staying mobile with armswinger. I havent done a video on movement yet, just linked someone else's in one of my take & hold tutorials
If take and hold becomes more competitive in the future (which I think is a big if, but more tournaments could happen), do you think a "Tourney Thomas" character could be made that reduces the randomness of Take and Hold? In my opinion, I think that'd be kind of boring, but I understand that a lot of sacrifices are made to make games more friendly to a competitive scene, like Pro-Mod for Call of Duty 4.

With the spikey dudes I don't think all melee damage is equal. I'm pretty sure they're weak to specifically blunt damage, I usually just hit em with my gun.

SKS is double stack and those look like the tapco 20rd mags I have for my SKS
Although you'd have to mod the internals to pull or load a fresh mag with a closed bolt as the bolt locks in under the feed lips when closed

I know that this is kind of stupid but in a real zombie apocolypse I'd rather have a free hand to push, shove and grab with than a second weapon. The human hand can be a powerful companion to a melee weapon. You can't grab someone (or something) with a cleaver.
Was a very useful tactic in TWD Saints & Sinners! These enemies move far too fast for it to be useful here though, in my opinion.

I use OVRdrop which is super old. VRToolkit is the newer software, more in-VR friendly to adjust.

Still armswinger, but there is an option in the moment settings for it that allows you to move when the locomotion button is pressed down. You can set it individually for each hand

When you are holding the shotgun by the pump, hold the trigger in, up to open, down to close. Remember that your hammer/firing pin has to be forward to cycle a shotgun

I picked up an OG Vive and it's been awesome man. They're only like $500 for a whole setup now, and you can upgrade specific things in the future too. I picked up some Index controllers and paired them with the vive and vive basestations, and it's been great. You can also pair the vive with the index basestations, and all of the index stuff with the vive basestations, so its easy to upgrade stuff
You definitely need to save some money for it, but its more than worth it in my eyes
