When the Lightbringers destroyed the last model in the Iron born Reavers with the shooting attack and the tactics card What is Dead May Never Die is played keeping the unit on the board with one wound does the unit still take a panic check?

Yes, they should take a panic check when the unit dies from hits on the attack, What is Dead keeps them alive on one wound, and then you finish resolving the attack with the panic test.
