Rules question, I have seen this played many different ways. When taking the Wealth zone on the tactics board, does the condition token removed have to be from the same unit you restored 3 wounds to?

It does for the bag zone effect, though if an NCU has its own token removal effect (like Catelyn, Khaleesi, Ellaria, Asha, or Craster), the token the NCU removes with that effect can be from a different unit.
