Thanks for watching.
Hey Nick, I'm Sander from the Netherlands, I've had multiple psychoses the past few years and I've been watching your videos for years now and that helped me alot. I'm addicted, have a bipolar disorder, anxiety and autism combined with a hard childhood in a unsafe environment. Without you I probably wouldn't be here anymore, I still have alot to learn though since I have trouble controlling my emotions but I've already learned so much from you and already changed so much, I want to thank you for that. Thank You for you Wisdom Nick! If more people would listen to you the world wouldn't be the mess it is today.
â€đđŸâ„ïžđđŸ
Hey Sander. I'm also living here in Amsterdam. No psychosis episodes yet but bit similar on the other part. Good job on watching this channel. I really really hope Nick's advice will be resonating with you and you will be implementing them. I really recommend you look for some communities, for example meditation centers, martial art practice, and so on, so that you would socialize regularly with good people. Also please get yourself out of the house every day for a walk. I myself really don't like it, like it's boring and often I'm anxious, but just make this effort to go out. If you have a park or some grass nearby, walk there every day and meditate outside. That's what I do now:) I wish you succeed and heal and improve your situation. Please also try to fix your addictions, especially if it's drugs, as they're very drastically affecting you if you have mental issues. I'm speaking from my own experience. At least take a break or take them less often. Don't be afraid to talk to doctors about it, seek help and their advice. Good luck! Remember that you create your own karma.
Let nothing upset you,
let nothing startle you.
All things pass;
God does not change.
Patience wins
all it seeks.
Whoever has God
lacks nothing:
God alone is enough.

Iâm retraining as a Psychotherapist and find it absolutely fascinating that the now much cited positive psychology movement is rooted in such timeless ancient wisdom from Lord Buddha. †great video Nick!đđ
Mine in the morning: devotional reading, reflection, prayer, meditation, affirmation, cook breakfast and lunch, shave, shower, dress, out.
Evening: eat something light if I am hungry, soft music, silence, warm almond milk for sleep, out 9-9:30.đ
How do you follow such good routine?
Good morning Nick, I loved this simple yet powerful morning routine. My routine is similar, before I even get out of bed, I pray , I stretch, then I get up. While the coffee is brewing, I stretch my body , limbering up as they say. Watch the sunrise all the while . Then I sit with my coffee and am almost finished with the 365 day Bible. I write in my journal , plan my day n. By this time my husband gets up , The one beautiful idea was to give myself a dollar a dayâŠ. I plan on starting that asap. I have many local animal and childrenâs charities I support and would love to add even more. Thank you. Have an amazing week sir.
Aww thatâs a beautiful morning routine that you currently have Christine. That sounds very peaceful. And I love the idea of offering to an animal and childrenâs charity đđ
I renew my resolution, my commitment, and my payment plan. I mean all in the spiritual sense.
đđ
A mind that's still, bright, and clear is definitely a worthy aspiration.

Currently my morning routine includes practice mindfulness in whatever chores i do đ
Wonderful my friend đ
The act of love and merit. I'll focus on those principles more.

I definitely pray you come to Chicago again. I'm so close, I'm in Indiana but would have to plan ahead. Love the work you are doing. Thank you Nick!
Thank you so much my friend and hopefully weâll get a chance again đ
Thank you for your messageđ. I keep dollar bills with me everywhere I go. These days I run across people who need it, each day. I guess putting it in a jar is doable, too.
Wonderful my friend. Yes give it a shot đ
In notions of love...a sea of merit....

This meditation, when presented by Venerable Michael in Bethlehem Pa made me cry. I felt such love for the entire world and beyond. Ive never meditated with a group before. Just solo. The power of everyone combined that night under one roof was like a rocketship of compassion into space. I feel blessed to have met both Venerable Michael and Venerable Nick that night and i will continue to follow their teachings and strengthen my being. Love from Pennsylvania.
Aww thank you so much and Iâm glad you got a chance to come join us. We are so honored to have been part of this beautiful community đ looking forward to next year!
Dear Nick, you are such an inspirational person! I am watching your videos for a while now, and I'd like to say thank you for all the great tips and ideas that you share with us.
You really are that candle that lights up the right path for people. I like your kind and wise personality so much.
I live in Europe, Hungary, but I am really interested in the culture and wisdom of the East. Since I have found this knowledge, I feel like I arrived home.
I am learning Korean Calligraphy and how to heal with the Tibetan singing bowls. These things mesmerizing me. The sound of the singing bowls can even deepen the meditation, too. Wonderful!
What a lovely and inspiring comment! â€

Aww thank you so much my friend. Thatâs very kind of you đ
Love your spirit. Watching your show for the past couple months, I started watching Thic Naht Hahn after meditating for several years...the concentrated breathing I found with TNH "Thay" created an awareness not before achieved. Then I found you and have followed your instructions though I am only a beginner. I am a retired airline pilot and flew to Thailand for my vacations .. including Chang Mai..I was (based in Hong Kong) and wish I had known about this while I was there...oh well. I build wooden chairs I started during Covid out of necessity. A young girl from Columbia "Rosie" (probably 2 years old) walked by my house and the light went "ON"..i built her a little chair. She loved it!!! IT was red and since then I have built HUNDREDS of these chairs which i carry in my truck and when I see a little child anywhere...I ask if they would like one and it has CHANGED my life. Will continue to watch your videos and appreciate the lessons...àčàžàčàžŁàž±àžàžàžŁ

You speak with such wisdom. Your thoughts are always so pure and kind. I wish we were in a world with more people like you. I think the people that are listening to you, must be this sort of people. I wish I could surround myself with such positive people as you and them. Unconditional is a hard thing to find but if you search you will find such people that want to be that way.

đȘ·đ Sending you flowers with love and thanks! I have reclaimed my meditation practice by doing Pranayama for 10 min and meditation for 5 min, followed by adding $1 to my SHARING box. I am on a fixed income. No, I'm not going to say "Oh, woe! I can't do the donation thing!" I am going to say I've figured a way. First, going through your stuff. Donate that. Clothing and shoes you don't use anymore. Kitchen appliances you don't use. I know my air fryer changed a lot of my habits, so the toaster oven got donated. I have an autoimmune thyroid disease, coupled with my wonderful (argh) Slavic genes that think I have to pack on pounds for those intense Slovak/Hungarian winters. Here in San Antonio. So, having bootlegged the Weight Watchers program (I'm an angel, not a saint), every pound I lose, however slowly, I'm donating to people who need it. People in famine. HIV patients. Anorexics. Whoever needs it. I rarely go to the food bank. The powers that be love them, but they give me too much I can't use. Food sensitivities. I pick out what I can, then have the neighbors go through. Whatever is left, I take to a food bank that is closer, but tends to give me more I can't use than can. I'm not much help when it comes to money, but I'll be there for someone if they need someone. Case in point is a neighbor had a sore on his foot. He's not diabetic, but I digress. I changed the bandage, I'd knock on his door, "Going to the store. Do you need anything?" Tidied up for him. For Christmas that year, he gave me this huge ham. Much more than I'll ever eat, I took what I wanted, took it to a friend's house, we ate some together, then cut it up, and gave it to people in her building. So, yes, you can still donate. Just think in the morning, "What can I donate today?"
This is lovely

I am Zoltan from before. My machine has some over or undercurrent issues, so it regularly switches off. The practice is bad what u describe. Because not to spread energy. But also this proves not our point, some people are just that, to prove no evil rules because those people are punishment subjects then what is buddhist self immolation or what is supplsed magic?
