how is it easy ? you need to know two bits of knowledge, the dates of the PM in office and the year when women won the right to vote, if you don't know one of them then you can't answer it

No. It's only easy to someone who studies history and/or British politics. The fact that the question doesn't give a date makes it even tougher.
