Jerry, I have a property under contract in Rochester, NY. I am not local. I have lined up potential cash buyers for a walk through in less that 12 hours. My guy who was gonna rep me and ensure buyer and seller do no discuss price, backed out last minute. Any referrals that you can provide for an agent/ local fellow investor who may be willing to help? Willing to pay. Want to make sure buyers do not go behind my back and discuss pricing. Oh, by the way, you're a flipping genius!! Hello i had a question for anybody willing to answer. I have a property that i will be getting under contract and will be closing soon, i would like to know if i need a attorney to get the property under contract or if i could fill out the purchase and sales agreement and then send and assign it to my Cash Buyer and have them use their attorney to close on the deal. Im guessing that shouldnt be a problem since there will still be an attorney taking on the closing, I would just like to know if i should hire an attorney or if i could get away with just sending the contract to my cash buyer and having them handle all of that. I will be closing in New York aswell.
