Great question. Everything is Negotiable. I paid $40k, but I also received all the Contractors phone numbers and I received 5 months of hands on training

I need a mentor...I just reached out to someone and they were asking for 50k to teach...10K upfront and 40k out of the first deal...is this a good amount to pay for learning? I am in Florida just wanted your thoughts on it. I need to learn to build and a mentor.
Too much money
Only you can identify what is too much. I paid 35k for the job that paid me $125k after the course. And tripled that 125k 18 months after the course. If I had told my friends, they would have said $35k was too much, but guess what I have made 20x that amount it cost me. Ask yourself, is $10k too much to reach your goal? What is your goal for your first real estate project? Dont you see yourself making over $150k on your first deal? Then the $50k is not too much. The guy is fair in asking for only 10k initially and then 40k aftr you have made money. For those who go to college, they pay over $100k and wait 4/5 yrs to get a 70k job. No one can decide if its worth it for you. Business people r busy so you cannot expect them to do things for you cheaply. Also if you want to be a serious business person, you need to be ready to assess scenarios quantitatively yourself or with an expert. Some folks online have no business sense and will only advise you based on their poor mindset

It’s impossible to give the entire development blueprint in 30 min. If you’d like I can send a playlist of the developers I’ve interviewed maybe it’ll give additional insight..
