Thanks a lot for very useful information about hammerspring adjustment, it saved my day! I had just bought a "returned" and "unboxed" Vectis that hardly managed to push a pellet through the barrel. I'm now a fan and follower of your channel. Cheers.

Thanks for these videoes on the vectis once more! I found the sweet spot for H&N barracuda hunters (.177) on the hammer spring and without those bushings. Now shoots about one inch groups about 30 meters in wind, without regulator, just tuned the stock vectis. Cant wait on my next salary, huma-air, take my moneeh!!

Love it! What a fun gun that would be for plinking around and small game hunting. Looks like removing those 2 spacers did a lot to calm the rifle down. With the Huma regulator it is even better.

Man I got a leak it coming from notch I made in the cylinder and it was A tight fit I put silicone grease on once I got the regulator in the O-ring wouldn’t seat right so I don’t know if it’s the notch or the O-ring that making it leak
Which O-ring the one around the reg or the one on top of the reg? Did you go to the link in my descriptions for additional help? Hope you get it sealed. If you have to remove the regulator you will need to remove the end of the cylinder where you insert the fill probe and use. Wooden dowel or a small diameter pvc pipe to push out the regulator for reg setting adjusting

Thank you Ken, for sharing your Huma reg install, interesting. Question, you mentioned something about two spacers in the hammer spring. Maybe you talked about this in one of the previous parts? What modification did you ultimately make to the hammer spring? I'm assuming that you lightened it. Are you planning on doing a video demonstrating the groups the Vectis now shoots, and how they compare to the before HUMA install? Stay well.

Geo Johnson 👋🏾 yes the spacers was mention in part 2-3. I did not have to cut any coils off the hammer spring. Made the gun a little easier to use the lever action not that it was a problem before. I did not checked the gun for accuracy other than shooting in my basement range. Accuracy was there but not the shot count. Did not make it to 2 12 shot magazines. Gun is accurate out to my 30 yard outdoor backstop with the 15.89 14.3 crosman domes and jsb 14.35. Took it to my pesting permission today. Video tomorrow on the vectis brotha. I noticed the vector was "shorter" when you took off the the plastic that has the rails on it , can you leave all that off and still shoot it? I'm thinking about getting the vector as my first pcp air rifle.

Hello friend could U please make a video how to change the barrel and level action orings my vectis oring is leaking air when u refill and TY much from FLA.
Morning brother,I went hunting this past weekend and my Vectis started leaking.
As I pulled the the fill probe out I put the plug in I heard it hissing from that point.
You may or may not remember me but I modded my Vectis from your videos,and I've had nothing but SUCCESS with it(THANKS)and now I'm back for your advice.
Before I go breaking it down again I was wondering what it could be with your help.

@@Dadolphinsmakemecry 👋🏾make sure the gun is not loaded. Put your ear up to the barrel to hear if the leak is coming from the end of the barrel. Put ear up to the fill hole hear for a leak brotha
@@airgunspestingch.8426 it's definitely coming from fill port,as I was putting in the plug I could hear it.
@@Dadolphinsmakemecry 👋🏾sup bruh with the air out of the cylinder, remove the end cap. Stick a Phillips screwdriver thru the fill port take the handle part of a hammer and give screwdriver handle a good wack. Should loosen enough to where you can unscrew the end cap off. Usually it the o ring or rings inside that give out. Easy fix. How do you fill the air cylinder? Compressor hand pump? Are you using a moisture filter between the pump source and gun air cylinder? Moisture is a pcp killer. Moisture kills o rings and the metal parts. Once you get the end cap off shine a light down the air cylinder see if it is corroded brotha 👊🏾😎

Ovidiu Moldovan 👋🏾 I’m using a huma regulator for the Hatsan flashpup s. There are two flashpup first generation flashpup then the flashpup s. The flashpup s is the correct size regulator that will fit the air cylinder brotha👊🏾😎

How do you get the reg back out if you needed to adj it from 120 to something higher/lower?
Needle nose pliers? Or is there another trick?
Cliff Backler 👋🏾 the plenum pulls off leaving and area around the regulator where you can pull it out with long needle noe pliers or unscrew the other end where you insert the fill probe and use a dowel rod or small diameter pvc pipe to push the regulator out brotha 👊🏾😎

Seems like a high es and sd for a regulator. At what shot count is the es/sd lower?
👋🏾 new install so the regulator isn’t totally worn in. I expect for it to improve the more I shoot it and rechrono again after a tin of pellets has gone thru the gun brotha 👍🏾😎

weirhauch 100 👋🏾 I own 7 Hatsan and I have 5 of them about 4 years now with no reliable issues. Shoot straight won’t sell them. Will be doing reviews on them soon. Now the 2 newest are the flashpup s and this one. The vectis has a polymer block. At first I was put off by this but polymers are used in pb handguns so I have to give credit for Hatsan going this route on the vectis vs the flashpup s is aluminum. Imo while doing this review I do honest reviews. These are my personal guns I bought. I’m not sponsored. This is a great underlever pcp. I just did not like how it can from the factory as I felt I could get more shots just removing the two spacers in front and behind the hammer spring. Now my vectis gets more shots easier to operate the lever action not that the way it came from was bad at all. So yes I would buy again. After all if you don’t like it you have a 30 day window to return. I’m keeping mine and have fun with this lever action. Cost less than the sena eagle claw. Hope this helps with your decision brotha 👊🏾😎
