its not that black and white because even someone that was not blatantly misogynist can switch up on you when they partner up and realize they can be unhelpful and do nothing and society will just give them a pass because "thats how married men are" it requires a certain kind of integrity that many men lack.
That's the way older generation are in Korea..it doesn't mean she's sexist, that's just the way she does things, and that's the way she learned. Not that I'm supportive of any of that as I have an equal relationship with my boyfriend but many places are still like this in the world and Korea is slowly changing with younger people but many older generation and middle generation are still like this.
