I went to Meta Bellevue campus to ask their employees questions like how to get hired at Meta and how much money they make. I got a lot of PRACTICAL tips and SPICY salary details! A huge THANK-YOU to the kind & brave people who participated in this interview.
I hope the video is helpful if you're looking to break into tech or land a job at Meta, while also shedding light on salary transparency.

Can you actually ask people what they make rather than asking “what’s a salary someone could expect?” Terrible answers that are vague.
We tried, but most people would not want to provide an answer when they’re asked that. We can ask this again in next videos!
