How can I convert my Apex 36 inch from propane to gas? Is there a kick for this?

Same problem here fooled around with the igniters for about an hour only got one to work

Just put together the grill, Apex 36, 5 of 6 igniters won't light the burner...a match does the trick tho, but for $2,500 this shit should work without ANY issue.
