A lot of heavy hitters right there!
Heavy!
Bro. I didn’t know you got footage of the side by side. That was awesome.
So much fun! We gotta get back out there and do it again!
As a NH boy myself... seeing a local out doing BBQ things with Guga and Jeremy... this is friggin awesome! Keep it up Brad! Love what your doing! Make NH proud!
Brad is low key the best bbqer of the bunch. Guga is a trained chef and is amazing at what he does, but when it comes to foods cooked with coals, wood, and smoke, brad is king of the hill.
Jeremy just dropped a pellet grill vid on his channel much to the surprise of his audience, but his comment on the one thread explained the majority of HIS audience doesn't cook on an offset, so switching things up shows what can be done on other grills. Just as Bradley has done with his Weber kettle series 👍 Brilliant guys!🔥🔥🔥
St. George is criminally underated in how beautiful it is. I spent a week there for work and was amazed on how clean the city was and how nice the people were.
What a life! Hanging with all of the biggest cooks on youtube in Utah. I clearly missed the boat on this one.
i, for one, am a fan of the travel format videos. it's interesting, makes it feel more real/personal and always makes me smile
Such an awesome experience! I actually didn’t know you were coming out to Utah until I saw you on the plane from Salt Lake City to St. George… I may have been a giddy little schoolgirl at that moment! 🤣🤣🤣 Couldn’t have asked for a better housemate or person to close the bar down with! I Can’t wait until the next time!
PS. I’ve made those pork steaks 3-4 times since then! 🔥🔥
Sooo 225 for 5 hours then sear real quick ?
My entire CZcams feed in one video, this is awesome.
Nice trip, looked fun
This was such a fun event!! It was great to meet you Bradley!
Damn that looked like a great time. Utah is unbelievable. Brad, Jeremy, Guga and Anderson I knew this would be a banger lol
Love Pork Steaks! The 1st time I cooked BBQ for a large group[ (A LONG time ago) was for 100 Oil workers as a summer help kid. They LOVED it, ended up hiring me and I never went to collage... True Story...
St George at the end of March is my spring break every year. Such a fun place.
Lol I didn't remember that you left your steaks on the grill 😂 That actually worked out kind of perfectly. Just sad I didn't get to taste them!
Love the regular Tuesday and Thursday releases with these behind the scenes/road trips/collaborations sprinkled in.🤙
Great video with my favorite CZcamsrs. Keep having fun for all of us, Brad! Nicely done.
Awesome cooks…beautiful scenery and great company! Cheers y’all!
Nice. Yoder, Guga, and Chud all hanging out and cooking in the desert and riding side by sides. Had to be a fun time.
Love seeing y’all together having a blast
Great content! Chud say true nothing wrong with trying new things. The Offset and Grilling never gets old! 🙂
I've been following Brad's advice while using my Camp Chef and have had great results. Happy to see the collab come together in the name of delicious meat.
Fantastic video, love everything about it. Always happy to see a mop sauce, ever since I tried one from your pork steak vid my wife wants them on everything. Thanks for the content!
Aw man! I am glad all you guys could spend a bit of time in St George! I'm in northern UT myself, but we usually go down there once a year. Thanks for visiting!
I love all of your field trips.
That dude at the end was absolutely loving those pork steaks lol his mind was blown
Love to see you lean into the influencer side of things recently. Collaborations, vlogs, etc. it’s pretty entertaining content
Definitely need a collaboration with Guga & Jeremy/Randy 🙂
Brad what a killer experience. I'm jealous you got to hang out with everyone I watch LOL. As always awesome video 💪
I’m not gonna lie I want to be your friend 😂😂😂 pretty jelly, nothings better than bbq beer and the boys. Looked like a blast!
Why does Jeremy seem so much more likeable in your video than what he presents as on his channel? Lolololol probably cuz you are super likeable and that kind of vibe rubs off on others. Thanks for being you!!!!
That area looks like Sand Hollow Resort. Went there on a golf trip with some bros a few years back, and have to say it was one of the best to date! Very cool to see, thanks for this one!!
This is awesome! I was just in Austin yesterday. Now I'm back home in San Antonio. Keep up the good work!
1:40 Alabama is the same way. 100+ and humid all day (and even night) long.we have 2 seasons, summer and slightly less hot summer
What Ever you an Chud's do is great.
St George is a blast. Utah is amazing.
I wondered why no one had done this yet. Propane and pellet seem like a natural combo.
Dude great fun video, Masters of foodtube! Beautiful spot too!
It was awesome meeting you guys! This was a super cool event.
I love the travel videos!
Lol with that many beers any 🔥 cooked meat is gonna be a hit! I would've loved to partake!
The 2 guys that are my GO TO for everything!!! Chud's & Mad Scientist!!!!
I manage a fresh cut meat shop and I tell all my customers to go to y'alls FB page and CZcams channel! Y'all Rock!!!
Another great video!!!!
Very cool
That looked like a blast
Awesome video, I love Utah
That was awesome! ....and getting to hang with Jeremy and Guga...c'mon! That pork looked
'fan-tay-stik'....it never occurred to me to cut a butt into fat steaks. Awesome job 👏 👍
Perfect Day!!!
Brad, I wasn't the biggest pellet grill fan either but I got a Pit Boss Pro Series vertical pellet smoker last year to complement my offset. I'm not retired yet, so the pellet smoker allows me to do some cooks during the week. The other benefit I have found is that since I don't have a warmer and our oven does not go low enough for an extended brisket rest, that vertical smoker allows me to set a 140-150 temp and let the wrapped brisket rest until I am ready to slice it up. It is easier than using the cooler because the internal temp won't drop too far. I got the idea from seeing you talk about using your little oven for warming.
Looks like you had tonnns of fun out there man
sweet vid man! love the pork steak reviews!
Everything is so good after drinking and adventure 👍
Awesome vid
good stuff
Just got a treager 575 pro been trying it out I still like the color and taste on my stick burner better but for cooking and having honey do list it’s been great so far.
Nice job Camp Chef!!!
Man, this is bigger then the Happy Days/More and Mindy crossover episode!
Can't believe I missed this! You guys are set up 5 minutes from my house! Love all your channels and work, keep it up.
Nice one
Welcome to Utah! Great video. I live far northern Utah...20 miles to Idaho, 20 miles to Wyoming. We cook while high....(Elevation) You have a place to stay, and plenty of SxS riding...Fall is beautiful... :)
I LOL when Jeremy said that about Applebee’s 😂😂
You gettin around Bro!! We like it!
Never been to Utah
Beautiful scenery and looks like the people out there were good company
Nice video man🤙🏼
Would love to see you and Jeremy test out gravity-fed grills compared to kettles and pellet grills!
Helluva an adventure mate.
You can't beat St. George in March! I hope you had time to run out to Zion or some of the other great parks nearby.
That sexy ol cloud right at the beginning - lenticular, major no-no for pilots to fly through for extreme turbulence.
Seeing Guga cold is so funny too 😂 you guys need to make a trip to MN in February and cook a brisket on a kettle
Looks good🥾🐍🇺🇸
*I love my Pellet Grills!* (for the convenience)
Have for the past 4 years, tried/owned a total of 5 different ones, and they not all the same!
Hate gas grills from the bottom of my heart though, but this combo has me interested.. especially with that Griddle setup on the side there..
I’ll be sure to check this out..
Thanks for sharing
Brought out some of the biggest and best In the game that was amazing
"To bring a little bit more Texas into the house, I'm going to go with the classic pork steak..." Hold it right there! Pork steaks are a St. Louis tradition. Nothin' Texas about 'em!
I hope you checked your boots after that ride! Lol
Welcome to Utah!
Those look great. You mind telling me what temp you brought them up to? Thanks for all the great videos.
I got started smoking meats when I saw a Camp Chef grill with a side burner on Guga's sous vide channel of all places. Camp Chef had given him one. I tried it but the quality was pretty bad. Luckily they took it back. Then I tried another pellet grill with a fire box that could be used for direct-fire cooking. A year later I gave it to a friend. Now I have a Kamado Joe Big Joe and I absolutely love it. Does low and slow plus hot and fast. I love it. Live fire is the only way to go IMHO.
When I think of pellet smokers I think of rabbit turds and my sisters easy bake oven.
PLEASE come back. Utah is in desperate need for some good bbq.
he's a one man band lol
Jeremy cracks me up
Guga is actually lowkey kinda buff. #TeamBBQBabyFace
Definitely come back to Utah. Next time make it a public event and there will be tons of fans there. We love what you guys do. I’ll even buy the miller lite.
Not as good as your past videos but I really like seeing all the cross over channels,Guga and Jeremy Yoder. Glad you guys have a chance to get together and do what you all do. Keep up the good work.
Glad you had a good time in Utah. If you are looking for multiple cooking types, I would look at Twin Eagles Grills. I own their pellet grill. I can cook with charcoal, smoke, and sear meats from one unit. I love it. With your videos I have made amazing Texas briskets and grilled on charcoal steaks, fish, and everything else. Thank you for your wisdom and my family thanks you too lol. BTW I am so jealous you got to spend time with some amazing cooks like Jeremy and Guga. Keep doing you and I will always keep an eye out for "Theirs a snake in my boot!"
What cool music for the intro.
THANKS :)
Guga got that iguana blood
No doubt Texas leads the way in BBQ. 😂
I love it bro. You were nothing but face hair and goggles with a smile. 👍🏼 hope you a good trip hanging with all the best. If Guga throws a sausage on your pit make sure it’s wagyu and iberico. 😁👍🏼
For a pellet smoker you need to with Pitts and spitts or a yoder.
Guga - I too very much dislike cold!! Fun day.
Would be easy to add an induction cooktop, put it on top of the pellet hopper
Looks nice but will NEVER replace real fire. My vote is stick with what you do (for what that’s worth). Steaks looked great!
OMG... Brad forgot to put salt and pepper on the sides. Rookie move... C'mon...
KILLER VID, Should of COOKED UP THAT DAM BOOT SNAKE. LOL
Would love to see a full review of the pellet/gas grill
I cannot believe y’all were in my city and I am just finding out in July.
Chuds bbq/Matt’s off road recovery collab next? 😂
or fab rat
Where is your knife roll from in this video? Looks really nice!!!
Nice change up and glad you got included on something like this. Stuff like this I want someone who isn't a fan boy giving me an opinion. Besides you actually build cookers and know what the heck you are talking about.
Dang , do anything to sit in on that gig
