    As a sauteing oil, I collect the grease from roasted chicken, put it in a glass bottle and is great for omelettes, etc. Olive oil for purees and drizzled over already cooked meals, coconut oil for cooking rice and making oat porridge, smoothies, hot cocoa, almond-oat cake, pancakes and cookies, etc. No sugar, just a combination of raw honey and pure stevia extract. No artificial seasonings, I make my own 100% natural, I don't deep fry, I use an air fryer and spray either olive oil or the chicken grease when needed. I dehydrate spinach and make it a powder, also turmeric and add it to omelettes with chopped peppers and onions it's delicious, my son eats it without problem, also I add fiber in everything I can, because we both have struggled with constipation, I use oat brand powder, psyllium husk powder, inulin, and separately a combination of 5 different seeds: chia, flax, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds powdered so I can add to smoothies, porridge, pancakes, etc. It's helped him a lot, he goes every day to the bathroom now 💯 ✌️

      Camel’s milk can be very beneficial, especially for those with cerebral folate deficiency.

    Based on your experience, when you treat the child completely (food intolerance, peptiduria, vitamin and mineral deficiencies (B's, D, Mg etc.) SIBO, SIFO..) how long does it take for protocol to work? I have read that vit B 12 taken in a pill in active form takes 3-4 months to work. When can I expect results? We have started with all of this a month ago, and I do not see improvements, it actually got worse: I see more anger, irritability, more repetitive behaviour, a lot of crying and hyperactivity.

      Methylation is a finicky thing - sometimes when we overmethylate, the children get more irritable/hyper. There are often so many pieces to the puzzle with our kids, that it takes a lot to figure out where to start, what to do next, etc. That’s why I created a course - to walk parents through that process step by step, and to know what’s good to try first (and what might be good, but shouldn’t be done first). Check out the course on my website - www.YourAutismGamePlan.com/course

      @@yourautismgameplan1637 is it because of the gut function over breaking it down or any malfunction of body systems.While some has no problem with same foods why others have the problems digesting certain foods..Can't we be able to reverse such conditions...

      @@awetism The problem is in microbiome dysbiosis and gluten, because both gluten and pathogenic bacteria trigger zonulin release in small intestine which causes leaky gut. Look up the work of doctor Alessio Fasano. Microbiome is the most important for our health. Among other things that they do, probiotic bacteria produce B vitamins, and other vitamins as well. Thats why many things should be addressed in order to heal.

    • @mojjt
      @mojjt Před 2 lety

      @@awetism It's complicated to explain in one comment. For that info check out interviews with dr Stasha Gominak. Bacteria live in simbiosis and they produce certain nutrients one for another. Vit D is also important for gut bacteria. ❤️

      I can see patients virtually or in person (but has to be in Illinois either way). This is why I created the online course though - so that people who aren’t in Illinois can receive the information and benefit from all the education and planning that I provide to my individual patients, but in an online self-paced course. People all over the world have taken my course and benefited! You can find more information at www.YourAutismGamePlan.com/course
