If my memory serves me correct I think Scott implied that he wouldn't have taken it down because it requires you to own the original game so it was more like a mod rather than its own thing, other than the fact that it was lego.

Honestly i feel the play shouldve been work with scott and those devs to work the games, create the sets because those models are perfect lol, and litterally everyone wins. The devs get to do what they enjoy, scott still gets money for the requiring the og game to play, and lego gets to rake in cash from the lego sets. Win/win/win

How in the flying fuck was this illegal in any way, shape or form? I'm maybe ret*rded when it comes to copyright laws, but this game was doing no harm, LEGO doesn't own the Minifigure style and the fangame wasn't making any money whatsoever.
